Can anyone tell me how to count my mantras by using my hands?

 

I read this in a book but no instruction on how to do it.

There is a book by George Fuerstein entitled Tantra, Path of Ecstasy. There is

a passage abount counting mantras on one's hand. I will try to find it if you

like.

To form an Owm? Start from the little-finger, count the digits upwards, then

ring-finger (down), up the middle finger and down the first-finger. That is one

way of doing it. I'd like to know if there are other ways.
