In present context this looks ideal for a native would will be an excellent serviceman. Mars is malefic and is debilated with Saturn, which is his enemy. Undoubtedly the combination would create dis-balance, and the dasha would bring more of it. However, Mars is vargottam and saturn being a benefic, there would be less problems if precaution is taken. A major concern is weak Jupiter in Lagna. Still in Navamsha, Lagna lord Saturn is exalted which is a good sign.
