You have one of the best yogas involving exchange of 1st lord and 10th lord with extremely auspicious Jupiter sitting in 10th house. Job and career in long run would be extremely good. The only problems come from rahu in 10th house and mer in 1st. I wish the learned members here can advice you further on this.
