"Om Namo Vasudevaya" is the Mantra told by Narada maharshi to Dhriva in Kruta yuga. But Vasudeva ( Krishna ) corresponds to Dwapari yuga which is later than Kruta Yuga. How can it be possible? Is it something like, Narada maharshi know before hand that Krishna will be born in Dwapari yuga?

"O my Lord, Sri Krsṇa, son of Vasudeva, O all-pervading Personality of Godhead, I offer my respectful obeisances unto You", this is nitya-lila.

In other words, this lila of Krsna appearing as son of Vasudeva takes place constantly in one of millions and millions of universes.

Just like you say a certain time, e.g. 8 pm, somewhere on our planet it is right now 8 pm. As soon at this place 8 pm is over, there is at another place 8 pm.

This is endless, there's all the time somewhere 8 pm. In the same way, there's always somewhere, even just right now, in another universe, Lord Krsna appearing as son of Vasudeva. This is called nitya-lila, without beginning and without end.

Since Narada Muni is a nitya-siddha he can travel with his vina anywhere he likes and see how Krsna performs His neverending childhood pastimes in different universes.

Technically this mantra is not Krishnas. Vasudeva is another name of Vishnu. It is a Vishnu's or Narayana's mantra. Vishnu exists always and the stated mantra was known much before Krishna avadar. Hence there is no puzzle how come Narada muni knew it before Krishna avadar.
