What it is the difference between Brahman Prabrahman and Sakti?

Is brahman sakti of parabhraman? or just the impersonal feature of the Lord?

 

is sakti something different from brahman?

 

why some people say that brahman is a collection of jivas if brahman is the same Lord? is this mayavadi?
