theist 1 Report post Posted July 7, 2007 And in ther running of a temple manifested in this 3D world yes it is imperative to have competent people in charge to manage everything nicely. Anyway you can't stop someone from taking charge while others take up secondary roles. The 4 varnas are built into the pyscho/physical nature of human beings and the managers will come forward as will the brahmanas and vaisyas and sudras. The manager has to be a devotee also as a temple is all about a proper Krsna conscious atmosphere. Such a person is worthy of cooperation in his indispensible duty.
