Do the jivas in Vaikuntha know about the realms of Samsara, and that jivas have fallen into a realm of delusion, and so on. Or do they think that only Vaikuntha exists and have no concept of Maya/Samsara and jivas existing outside of that realm?

Yes, and just like the Hebrews of the Bible they live in constant fear of the wrath of God.

This fear of God keeps their pants up and their kaupins real tight.

When Jaya and Vijaya learned that they were being sent into the material world, they were very very afraid, and pleaded to not go.

But, they were not afraid of God.

They were afraid of the four Kumaras and the prospect of being sent to the material world and forgetting the lotus feet of the Lord.

they were NOT afraid of the Lord.

They were afraid of the curse, because it might cause them to forget the Lord.

They were never afraid of the Lord.

They were only afraid of forgetting his lotus feet.

the idea that the residents of Vaikuntha fear the Lord is false.

What makes one think anyone thought they were afraid of the Lord?

Please quote the verse that shows that they were afraid to come to the material world and having fight with the Lord?

What verse says they pleaded not to go?

Been searching for an hour, but could only find a SB purport in which they are 'perturbed'. http://vedabase.net/sb/7/8/56/en

There is a much better reference somewhere. I remember using it in the Origin debates of another millenia to show that even Jaya and Vijaya believed that it is possible to fall from Vaikuntha into the material sphere. Perhaps you will find it. I'm off to work.

How can devotees of god leave in fear, they live in love, in an eternal love.

To live in fear is to live in hell, how one can think that in spiritual world fear can exist?

fear is for material world, and we know that even here real devotees live in love and are not afraid of anything.

Bhagavat Gita, Shrimad Bhagavatam explain this very nicely.

To quote one great sage: "Fear is the power of the dark side. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, and hate, leads to suffering."

;)
