Krsna says in the Gita that in one sense he is everything yet He remains separate and aloof. The example of the sun is always used. The sun is more than the sunshine and remains aloof from it (duality) yet the sunshine is one with the sun because shineshine is only composed of that which emanated from the sun(oneness). Lord Caitanya taught that it is not a case of accepting one over the other. He taught that we need to accept them both simultaneously.
