Guest guest
||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Ravish, Namaskar If the Atma thinks its better to increase efficiency by worshipping dark spirits or kidnapping people then surely this is durgati. What can the Ishta do then– offcourse this is an extreme example for illustration? Maybe this is why Sri Rama came down to take the Atma of Sri Ravana. Forget aspects – if planets are there, they are the ones. If no planets, then see the lord and worship it as the Mahavidya: Sun – Sri Ucchiste Chandali/Matangi Moon – Sri Bhubanesvari Mars – Sri Mangala/Pingala/Hingula/Bagalamukhi Mercury – Sri Tripura Sundari/Shodasi Jupiter – Sri Tara/Ekajata Venus – Sri Kamalatmika Saturn – Sri Kali/Kalike/Parameshvari Rahu – Sri Chinnamasta Ketu – Sri Dhoomavati .... Phew! What a list, almost breaking a sweat. Please do not begin such worship without propper guidance from a Guru who has done these before. Also analyze your rasi chart carefully keeping the planet in question under scrutiny. i.e. if the mahavidya is the 8th lord in the 5th house in rasi – definitely not worship it, as it will risk destroying ones mantras. Some other question has arose now, " Yes, our Gati or direction is dependant on the 4th house, where the mother sits. The direction of the soul is seen from the 4th from karakamsa." Ishta devatha is seen from 12th from Karkamsa. Ishta devatha is the deity who will lead us to moksha. So will not praying to our istha devatha lead us on the right path ? Guest guest
Dear Vistiji, Thank you for clarifying. It is little more clearer now.... One question remains from my previous mail, related to Srila Prabhupada's punya chart: Punya Chart: ------------ Ju® in 8th in the punya chart. So the death was peaceful. But Mandi & Gulika are in 4th, you say not good because they aspect the 6th, showing punishment ? But then the question would arise, why punishment for such a great soul ? Guest guest
OM NAMO NARAYANAYA Dear Ramesh, Our true nature is AK and always looking forward to loose the independent existence and merge with Paramatma. The only way is giving up and AK gives us opportunity and lessons to practice it. If AK is malefic planet like Rahu, Saturn, Mars, he will be tested according to the nature of the planet. One may have to see only "sorrow " in this life if the Saturn is AK, "violence" if the "Mars" or will be cheated if the Rahu is AK. He must have to undergo so much such experiences in the dasa of AK, and the closeness to the God is depending on how the mind re-act towards experiences. This experience and reactions of mind is called suffering and we know it is also a state of mind or illutionery concepts. One who accept the truth, shall not suffer, but give up or surrender. The ties shall exist untill we pay off our debd, and the best way to understand the easy way out is AK and it's placement. Liberation is primer goal of the Atma but we cannot think about liberation as internally, in Atma level we have some secondary goals too, such as become the prime ministor, become a rich man or meet same girl friend again etc. This become our Dharma and this can be fullfiled through Dharma Devata. Having fullfilled secondary goals, we pray for Ishta Devata for show us the best path for liberation. In between, Karma Yoga is reccomended. Benefices still give lessons but may not harsh. You may read AK lesson in Gurujis web. Best Wishes Karu Dear Sarajit,Namaskar, What are the directives of AK of different planets. In my horoscope Jup is AK and vargottam too.At present MD of Jup is running. Will you mind to tell me about the directives? Regards. If Mars is AK then you beat everyone up and could not control your temper… maybe your karakamsa was in Scorpio or Aries in the past life. So in this life Mars will punish you and make everyone angry with you until you one day learn to give in and stop fighting. Point is that what about the AK in your next life? This will be indicated by the karakamsa sign… I have Cancer as the sign, so if I don’t watch out I may be reborn with Moon as AK? Guest guest
Dear Karu, Namaskar, I am really grateful to you for giving me reply. Actually I have to learn a lot from you people. As you said AK of malefice planets gives malefic opportunities or interest according to their malefic nature. Suppose AK of benefic planet is aspected by malefic planets may be one ,two or more planets then how this AK will react due to aspect or conjuction. The nature will be same or will there be any changes in his nature. In my horoscope Jup is AK in 2nd house in virgo conjunct with Mars and aspected by Sat and Rahu from 12th and 10th house respectively. What should be the character of Jup. in this case.Waiting for the early response. Thanks once again and best wishes. Guest guest
OM NAMO NARAYANAYA Dear Ramesh, When we search some thing in Atma level ( deep Consciousness) we cannot see it from Rasi chart. That is one of the important teaching. Rasi mostly shows our physical nature which is limited to this planet & birth. Atma is not limited to this birth and it is always shows our Dharma, our goals. So we better use Dharmamasa (Microscopic view of 9th house) for check AK, it's primery goals etc. Also, please keep in mind AK not re act. Mind reacts always. For Leo lagna, 5th lord AK Jupiter conjoined with Yoga Karaka Mars, in 2nd has defenetly has a role to play in Rasi, physical existance. But it is limited to physical level and nothing to do with Dharma level. So please check in Navamsa. Whare AK is, the relationship with your mind, what goals it has etc. As I said, Jupiter as AK shall not do badly in his Dasa, as he is beneficial by nature.. Like both Mother and Father. AK does not work in Rasi, but as the Jeeva Karaka, he will feed your physical body with all sort of fortune. How ever his final answer is depending on D9. Did you read AK Lessons ? Suppose AK of benefic planet is aspected by malefic planets may be one ,two or more planets then how this AK will react due to aspect or conjuction. The nature will be same or will there be any changes in his nature. In my horoscope Jup is AK in 2nd house in virgo conjunct with Mars and aspected by Sat and Rahu from 12th and 10th house respectively. What should be the character of Jup. in this case.Waiting for the early response. Thanks once again and best wishes. Guest guest
Dear Karu and others in this thread > Atma is not limited to this birth and it is always > shows our Dharma, our goals. So we better use > Dharmamasa (Microscopic view of 9th house) for check > AK, it's primery goals etc. Also, please keep in > mind AK not re act. Mind reacts always. What will be the effects if Mo becomes the AK?? does it behave like an AK or it still wavers?? also what will be the effects if such a Mo is vargottam?? I do remember reading from AK lesson that the number of houses counted from AK to lagnamsa will dominate the area of life. In such a case it appears that AK has to follow the desires of MO.(This is just an example) basically the areas of interest are the houses lorded by the AK, and the House in which AK is placed, and aspects on the AK. the 7th from AK shows the desires of AK. AK denotes the "self" (Ego)associated with it and the 12th from it shows the loss of "the self". that is why praying to lord of 12th from AK transends one to a higher spiritual plane. also point to note that in D9(navamsa) the trines show one's ability where as trines to AK shows one's inner nature. simillarly look for the planets in trines in D27(nakshatramsa) for one's inner strengths and weaknesses. malefics like Sa can make one lethargic/lazy but determined and hard working, Ma can make one succeptible to Anger and also dynamic, Ve can make one succumbing to pleasures but can be more creative etc. Thus one can identify the areas of his weaknesses which are inherent and controlling them can add to the good karma to begin with. ie not doing anything bad is good. by worshipping the Ishta one can realise humility and once realised, can definitely grow spiritually Lakshman The all-new My - What will yours do? If Mars is AK then you beat everyone up and could not control your temper… maybe your karakamsa was in Scorpio or Aries in the past life. So in this life Mars will punish you and make everyone angry with you until you one day learn to give in and stop fighting. Point is that what about the AK in your next life? This will be indicated by the karakamsa sign… I have Cancer as the sign, so if I don’t watch out I may be reborn with Moon as AK? This is why Jaimini and Paraçara where not concerned about the AK-planets indications but only the Ak-signs. Guest guest
||Om Brihaspataye Namah|| Dear Sarajit/Karu, Even I had a good laugh at the way you managed to extricate yourself from Karu's question. Havent we learnt in the Bhagavad Geeta that the atman is beyond heat/cold, happiness/sorrow etc? Then why are we attributing anger, sorrow to the atman? OK, it is the manas which reacts, right. So the atman can never be cool!!! Just indifferent, eh? But when assigning a planetary karaka to the atman, what is the point of assigning feelings to the atman? For eg., people with Mars as AK are frequently assumed to be boiling mad, or perpetually facing the anger of other people. What is your comment on this? regards Hari , "Sarajit Poddar" <sarajit@s...> wrote: > || Jaya Jagannath || > Dear Karu, Namaskar, > > Never knew that my statement could be interpreted like that. Guest guest
Dear Lakshman, Exuse me for one doubt regarding your statment: > What will be the effects if Mo becomes the AK?? does > it behave like an AK or it still wavers?? also what > will be the effects if such a Mo is vargottam?? > I do remember reading from AK lesson that the number > of houses counted from AK to lagnamsa will dominate > the area of life. Guest guest
Dear Maja Firstly I presume you had a similar question few days back. from what I understand it is the ultimate goal of Atman is to get Moksha. The Chara AK don's the role of Sun which is the natural signifactor for Atma. It is the King in any chart and hence dictates the terms for the mind and body. However in my case Mo is the AK ahich is also signifactor for Mana. Now the confusion is being vargottama moon (or the mana) will try to dictate terms as it is also the AK. hence the priority shifts. if the Chara AK was different from that of Mo then there is a possibility of AK dominating Moon. also look Mo is also the signifactor for AL and hence what you see may not be real ( Satya). hence Mo will try to keep up its Image rather than the truth. People with MO as AK are more compassionate and emotive which blinds them from seeing the reality. These people should try to weigh the things with an Open Mind and act accordingly. In the Rasi chart (Physical level) look at the house owned by Mo and the house where it is placed wrt Lagna as these will be the houses that will suffer during the periods of Moon. If the Mo is Waning then the punishments are severe as compared to Waxing Moon. However when compared to Dire malefics such as RA, Ma, Sa it will not be that harsh. This is also because MO signifies Mother and mother will not be harsh to her children. For spiritual matters the malefics are better than Benefics as they tend to punish the native severely so that the person looks to devine powers for help. Hope this helps.. Guest guest
Dear Lakshman, Yes,I did ask kind of similar question few days ago, however now I get clearer point of view. Mo is as well my AK and vargottama also on AL,so I wanted to find out what will be predominate signification as they seemed to me as one-mana,AK and AL. But you made point here. Thanks for helpfull reply. Guest guest
OM NAMO NARAYANAYA Dear Hari, But when assigning a planetary karaka to the atman, what is the point of assigning feelings to the atman? For eg., people with Mars as AK are frequently assumed to be boiling mad, or perpetually facing the anger of other people. What is your comment on this? The question is not an easy one as we all keep still serching the answer. The day understand this, the day we go away from such argument. Let me put my blind answer for this. I do not think, any differance between Jeevatma and Paramatma other than bondage. The type of bondage is indicated by the reationship with our own mind to Chara AK. When the mind is ready, Chara AK become Naisargika Atmakaraka, the real giver of the light. Until such time we have to overcome so many weeknesses of our own mind. Perhaps AK shows our own weekness in a perticuler birth, like how we react infront of "unconditional state" of existing. Reacting is results of "Ahamkara" and the way we react is shown by the Mind (Moon). The results depend on our own state of mind. Perhaps AK shows the way our mind react infront of God. Any of the 8 planet can be the AK. Any of the 8 grahas has some sort of relationship with moon. The way we react is depending on the realtionship between Moon and AK. But how about the realtionship between Moon (mind) and Moon (AK) ? Why all Vishnu Avatar had Moon so strong ? Were they compassion enough ? Sorry, I am asking myself. Best wishes Karu regardsHari, "Sarajit Poddar" <sarajit@s...> wrote:> || Jaya Jagannath ||> Dear Karu, Namaskar,> > Never knew that my statement could be interpreted like that. Guest guest
~ Hare Rama Krsna ~ Dear members of list, One more thought along this thread of questioning- -If primar nature of Moon comes as passive, one who reflects light of Sun its self, one who sustain our existance, and AK beeing chara karaka of Atma(Sun)-its on Moon-Sun relationship -so can Moon invoke action before Sun give its light of life?-I belive not I came across idea that if/when we could overcome dark side of Moon wavering in shadow side(it's dual nature-feeling separate from Truth),Mo as AK could promisse possibility to reach within our hearts that flame of Atmas light and realise it's true source (Paramatma). Not once is said-humans are blessed with gift to can conceive Creator (God of Love,Krsna itsself) within our hearts.
