The SU.-sam [i.8.36], "All men know Him as the idea of "I" yet through delusion they do not recognize him as Siva". Prakatas are the Yoginis established in the first circle [of the Sricakra]. Akrti they are Her form. Some take it as a-prakatA meaning secret or ap, in water, prakatA, manifested.
