Hi all!! MY name is Betty and I have been studying Kundalini Yoga at my acting

school for over a year now. I have never felt better. I am more flexible, more

happy, more open and more aware. This practice has also brought me more in tune

with my body and I have successfully given up dairy foods, red meat and pork. It

has also helped me with acting in making me a more sensitive person. I can't

wait to find out more about the power of Kundalini. Thanks for your website,

Gordon!!!

Thanks for the post. Glad to have you with us on here. Kundalini Yoga can

make a fantastic difference to you in many ways, both mentally and

physically. I am 49, been practising KY for almost a year now, and I feel

fitter now than I did when I was 19, and I am aware of things about myself

and around me that I would never even have noticed previously. Having said

all that, I am still only really scratching the surface of this at the

moment. It is something I really want to share with others - it is much too

good to keep just for myself!
