Fire Breath

Hello all,

this weekend I had a realy strange experience during my yoga practise.

When I was almost finished I started to fel an intense fire in my throath and

after

a while my hole breath started to fel like if it was on fire.

It is very hard to describe the feeling but fireing breath is the cloasest that

I can

cum up with.

Afterwards it feelt like millions of bubbles climbing up and down my neck and

my chackras in the heart and the throat was very hot, after a few minutes it was

gone.

It was a great feeling and I feelt very strong afterwards.

Has anybody here had the same experience?
