Hello. I just moved to Australia and I've been

looking for a spiritual based yoga class in Sydney.

Everything so far has been very physical based and not

vinyasa flow. Does anyone know of any places or websites.

I'll keep looking but I'd like to get into a regular

practice ASAP. Thanks for your help. Om Shanti
