Krounchasana, salabhasana, bhekasana

Dear yoga experts,<br><br>Would anybody be able

to advise me in the vinyasas between krounchasana

and salabhasana, and between salabhasana and

bhekasana? I do only half vinyasa between all other asanas

but is it possible between these ones? I can`t

remember ever seeing anyone come up to samastitih though

but of course I haven`t been paying all that much

attention to it. I was taught salabhasana and bhekasana

this week and today I really began to wonder about the

right way to do the vinyasas but didn`t have a chance

after K, your right leg comes underneath you as you go into caturanga dandasana,

then up dog, down dog, then directly into shalabhasana.
