  1. When you did what you did you were free..... so morally it wasnt any worse than any other kind of indulgence like indulging in tasty non sattvik food...how ever indulgence which is sexual in nature brings it own consequences...for example ..there is a transfer of nature (tamasic ,rajasik or sattvic) form the partner...(this is not my own theory...but proposed by shri ram sharma acharya the founder of gayatri parivar)... so in your case whatever transfer had to happen has already happened so u dont need to worry about it anymore ....then there are social ramifications ....our society does not take sexual indulgence as lightly as indulgence in any other activity like food,or play,or music.......and therefore it could cause hurt to your loved ones ....and it would be a part of their evolution to grow up and not judge you ...and accept you the way you are ....your husband seems to have taken it well ....so you dont need to worry much ......you cant make everyone happy ...because everyone is at a different stage of their evolution .....so you be at peace ....there is nothing more to be done ....do you spiritual practice ......that is all ....u cant undo your past so why worry...and guru is like a mother ...who never abandons her children.......so no guru will hold you past against you ........so be at peace.. .......

  2. what do u mean by misconduct? if the act was mutually acceptable and you did it not with the intention to take advantage you dont need to worry much.......if it was so then dont think much about it ..forgive yourself and get over it.....it was not wrong morally ...but spiritually it would slow down your progress and socially it could bring you infamy ........best thing to do is to do your normal spiritual practices and be at peace.......if however the act was not mutually acceptable ..or you took advantage of a situation ......its going to burn you consciousness a little more .......in any case you will have to be prepared to accept any outcome ....so be at peace...

  3. my point is simply this .........lets not see things in black and white...

    vaishnavisn and mayavada..........

at one level what this text is saying is simply this ...that the lord is both

manifest and unmanifest at the same and these 2 properties of the lord are not

mutually exclusive... however the manifested form of god is not restricted to the

form of krishna only .....but includes everything including ordinary individuals

...........because just as heat and light are inherent property of fire so also the

manifestion of lords lower energy ..ie material creation is also his manifestation (i am the butter the sacrificer and the sacrifice-gita)

    ......

one can either say that the 2 armed form of krishna is an avatara manifestation of

god who is brahman..... or we can equally say that the brahman is the unmanifested

form of god krishna ... both are relatively correct...as the manifest and the

unmanifest are not mutually exclusive just as heat and light are not mutually

exclusive in case of fire.... fire implies heat and light........ the shakti is

not different from shaktimaan ......and yet in a way it does have its

    distinguishable quality

again when a body is taken as a whole then the hand can be said to be the part of

the body ...or the body can be said to be part of the hand ....(because together

    they form the whole)......

when krishna says in the bhagavat gita that the whole world rests on me as pearls

on strings .... is he identifying himself as the one with 2 armed form or is he

identifying himself as the underlying consciousness behind the manifest world?? who

is the "me" that krishna is reffering to?.........

god needs to be understood as the whole ..and the superiority of one over the other is at the level of rasa(in case of avataras)and the difference between one demigod vis a vis another is relating to tattvas .......

  4. 13 One thing, they say, is obtained from the worship of the manifested; another, they say, from the worship of the unmanifested. Thus we have heard from the wise who taught us this. 14 He who knows that both the unmanifested prakriti and the manifested Hiranyagarbha should be worshipped together, overcomes death by the worship of Hiranyagarbha and obtains immortality through devotion to prakriti.

  5.

The line is drawn here between Vaisnava's (mono-theists) and all other philosophies and religious systems.

One God and that God is a person! No compromise possible on this point. One Chief Eternal among all eternals.

verse 12 Into a blind darkness they enter who worship only the unmanifested prakriti; but into a greater darkness they enter who worship the manifested Hiranyagarbha.

verse 14 He who knows that both the unmanifested prakriti and the manifested Hiranyagarbha should be worshipped together, overcomes death by the worship of Hiranyagarbha(manifested) and obtains immortality through devotion to prakriti.

devotion should be towards a personal god ..i agree ..

verse 9 Into a blind darkness they enter who are devoted to ignorance (rituals); but into a greater darkness they enter who engage in knowledge of a deity alone.

    End of Isa Upanishad

    The Peace Chant

Om. That is full; this is full. This fullness has been projected from that fullness. When this fullness merges in that fullness, all that remains is fullness.

    Om. Peace! Peace! Peace!

  6.

    Haribol,

I basically endorse your post (well, the first paragraph almost fully, but the second for sure doesn't meet my approval in toto). Regarding Lord Rama and Sri Hanumanji, us Gaudiyas accept Murari Gupta to be the manifest Maruti of Gaura-lila. Maybe you will like the piece that follows:

    Radhe Radhe

    haribol,

I can understand why.......any talk of brahman is like poison for vaishnavas......and while i do have some vaishnava viewpoints to support my claims ...i do not wish to mention it now .....firstly i dont know if it will do vaishnavas any good ..and secondly i dont have enough time to explain it in detail.........but the key to understanding everything lies in "how r we seperate from krishna? and at what level?.......because krishna himself says that a soul cannot be cut or burnt etc.....then how r we seperate ...how r we parts and parcels ........if we are his shakti .....then what is the nature of this shakti ..and what are its properties.......discussing these things may well open up a can of worms ......... but for the time being i'll pass....... as far as tattva and intrepretation is concerned ..i havent been able to fuly decrypt it ..........but i have found versions of scriptures which give a totally new explanation to many of the stories we find in the puranas.....and also on the gita...... these versions associate the characters in the stories with tattavas and with the chakras in the body ...eg arjun=son of indra =naval chakra..element = fire

hanuman=bhima= heart chakra ..element = wind

this is not to say that all this suggests that the events didnt happen ....just to say that when the rishis compile dthe scriptures they encoded it in a certain way ........

the complete science is not necessary to understand for most people ....but if they had some idea ....they would start appreciating the methods mentioned in the tantras(change at individual but physical level e.g. gross element like food is sacrificed to subtle fire within) and the vedas(yajnas=change at worldly level ,e.g. gross elements are sacrificed in gross fire in the gross world (outside)....

for the kali yuga however ....the tantras and the vedas are difficult to follow ........ so nama yagna is the prescribed method ......sacrifice at purely mental level.... in the mind...harinama japa............

but i hope u can see what all this means ...

mantras= cure at the level of mind....kali yuga

tantras = cure at the level of body......=dwapar yuga

vedas(yagnas)=cure at the level of gross world= tretayuga

  7. Despite everything ...vaishnavas in general are good for the society ...as they bring devotion to the undevoted...... we dont have to necessarily agree to all that they believe in ..and it cant be denied that their organizational efforts contribute a great deal to the society .....i would ..rather live in a world full of vaishnavas who follow a sattvik way of life than the ordinary world we live in .....and the reason i guess some of the novice vaishnavas are so arrogant is because i think they are too idealistic...and lack in discrimination and dont quite understand their own gurus .......i mean many have pointed out that the superiority of krishna is because of the rasa in which the devotee wishes to associate with god......so logically wouldnt Ramchandra be superior to krishna for hanuman who wishes to associate with god as a king in the capacity of dasa.........but then logic is not always necessary and faith alone will do ......rest all will follow simply by following the path...........the arrogance that gurus sometimes display wether it is prabhupada or other non vaishanva gurus should not be taken too seriously as i have often found gurus to be two faced ..and they speak to different people according to their spiritual evolution...and maturity ....... and i can testify that i have met even in iskcon....a guru who demonstrated practically ...his yogic..or spiritual abilities................i never converted .....and he never insisted that krishna was supreme...........we didnt discuss philosophy at all ...but he removed my doubts about the path and the movement........

PS there is a distinction between devas (demigod) (indra, agni, ganesh, vishnu ,etc..)..and avatars krishna ,Ramchandra, etc.......the devatas exist as persons and are also representations of tattvas.(elements)..vishnu = space ,shiva=mahakal=time, .......agni = fire ...vayu..wind .... and as such the devas represent only a particular element ............At the level of atma (bhraman).....the devas are same ..at the level of tattvas they are different....... therefore the avatars are said to be superior to devas(demigods)...becaus the avataras are considered to be full representations of bhraman (parabhraman)........ and it is not surprising that vaishanvas consider an avatar(krishna, ram) to be superior even to vishnu ..........

  8. if you think studing is hard then what makes you think that sadhana is easy???sadhana is also hard .. all sadhanas relating to improving memory to vashikaran are difficult...and take a lot of time many monhts or even years to master. vashikaran does not mean you control people and can copy in front of their eyes .. it means that they will generally not object to what you do ..but then what is the gurantee??besides if any sadhana is done without a guru then it can even bring you harm...if you cant study then you best chance is to pray and pay someone to buy question papers and then study the answers well before the exam ....pray sincerely ..or if possible get help of some sadguru .......if you dont know any sadguru ..play in you heart ...o god ..o sadguru wherever you are please show me the way...........

    Best of luck

  9.

I Need Vasikaran Yantra Mantra Tantra's

To Prayog On Exam InVigilators And Make Copy To Get Pass In Exam..

I Told Truth Here.. So Please Give Value For Truth

And I Wont Use That For Any Other Purpose.. Because I Am Good Boy!

I Am Certified By Lord Ganesh As Good Boy! So Dont Fear To Teach Me.

Stay away from all mantra tantra books especially about controllong bhoot and preta......because it is about give and take ...... the bhoot will work for you ..but you will also have to do something for the bhoot ..........and if you dont do it or do something wrong the bhoot will control you....... so stay away from experiments ....

if you want to pass ...take exam papers of last three years and study the most important questions.....everytime you study ..before beginning pray with all your heart to your ista dev ,lord ganesh and your sadguru .......they will help you to pass ........ if you pray sincerely then god will listen....... if you find a sadguru you can learn sadhanas related to improving your memory....

failing in exam is not the end of the world ....... work hard ..have faith in god .........you will receive help ........you can trust god more than any bhoot.....

    good luck

  10. Found this interesting explanation......for those who are interested......

<table border="0" cellspacing="1" width="550"><tbody><tr><td align="justify" valign="top" width="405">Question: Guruji, What is Karma? Is it not deciding everything every one does? If everything is predetermined, how can there be freewill?

    Guruji:

This question is very simple to ask, but complicated to answer. It is a very good question. I don't think I know the answer even partially. But let me try to tell you what little I know.

What is Karma? It says, you reap what you sow. If you sow good thoughts, say good words and do good deeds, you get things which makes you happy. If you sow bad thoughts, say bad words and do bad things, you get things which makes you miserable. It is true, you reap what you sow. But does it say you do not reap what you did not sow, but other's sow? That does not follow. That is very important fact to remember.

Does it also say anywhere that because of Karma, every thing is pre-determined? Is Karma a law of predetermination? Is it like the flow of time, which goes on inexorably from past to present and into future. Even if it was a flow of time like an arrow, it is still not clear how everything including the will to think, speak and do are completely determined.

What about the Karma which you do for the sake of others? Don't the others reap what you have sown for them? If you hit someone, that person feels the blow. The farmer has sown seeds of rice and vegetables; I enjoy the rice and curry. We have to get clear about our ideas: not only do we enjoy the fruits of our own actions, but also the fruits of other's actions impinging on us, making us happy or miserable. I am not the sole reason for my state of being. The world has a great say in that. In fact I owe my very existence to the act of love between my father and mother; when I was not even in their minds, nor did I have much of a choice in getting the spark of life. I was an accident. I won a luck dip in which a billion of my possible brothers or sisters who were dead but trying to get a chance to live. How can we say everything is predetermined even in a classical sense?

In me there are billions of living cells. Like our Sun, there are billions of Suns (called stars) in in our world. Roughly, I as a human being stands somewhere as a harmonic mean between the very large and very small systems. Very large systems are about 24 powers of ten times larger than me; I am 24 powers of ten larger than the smallest constituents of matter. I and Universe share the properties of large redundant systems.

One of the significant properties of large systems is the arrow of time. It seems to be irreversible, even though the equations of motion of individual particles are not sensitive to the direction of flow of time. In the equation: force equals the product of mass and acceleration, you can replace "t" by minus "-t"; yet the equation merrily remains the same because (-dt x -dt=+dt x +dt). What it means is that considered as an individual particle, you are perfectly free to move forward or backward in time. Nothing stops you from that. Only in a collective sense, you cannot do it.

This means that even in a classical sense, you have a freedom. You could go forward or backward in time. An individual can do that. A person is free to think, speak and do what she wants. However, the rules change, if a collective is involved. Statistical rules come into play. It is very easy to mix up two distantly colored handfuls of sand masses. To separate the mixture it is very hard. The ease with which we can create disorder and the difficultly in creating order puts the arrow on time. We say that time flows in the direction of increasing disorder. There is a collective Karma, influencing how you tend to behave or ought to behave.

But listen. A particle has two modes of existence; one in which it looks and acts like a particle, and another in which it looks and acts like a wave. These are two ways of looking at the reality. Any one way is not superior or inferior to another. Now we are moving away from classical mechanics to quantum mechanics.

A particle supposedly exists at one place and time. A wave exists at all places at the same time. There is a very interesting relationship between the speeds of a particle and its wave. The product of the two speeds is c x c , where c is the speed of light. It follows that if the speed of the particle is v , which is less than c, then the speed of the wave has to be larger than c so that their product remains the same. Now another very interesting point comes up.

Any thing going slower than the speed of light has to go forward in time, into future. And, any thing moving faster than light has to go back in time, into past.

So now we have a dilemma. A description of the particle is saying, the particle is moving slower than light and going into future. Another equally valid description says the wave is going into past. Both are same, both are valid representations! One is moving into disorder; this is the material part. The other is moving into order; this is the wave part. The funny thing is that both are happening at the same time. Are we confronted with conservation of entropy, another form of energy?

Now I am venturing into uncharted waters. I am leaving science which is concerned only with an objective reality independent of any subject. I may not be right; I may be quite wrong in fact. From this point on, you may believe or disbelieve. It does not matter; because a fact cannot be reduced to a belief. Go by facts, not by faith in me. I repeat, I am fallible. You are warned.

I wish to think that the wave representation corresponds to consciousness, or awareness. Since waves have the property of superposition, they can interfere with each other constructively or destructively at different points. When many waves interfere constructively there is a very high degree of order generated. Coherence creates, manifests high degrees of order which seem to violate behavior of inert matter ( which prefers disorder), described so well by science which has not taken the subject into consideration.

I suppose this is what Krishna is saying to Arjuna in Gita: whenever disorder increases largely in the world, I come again, to reestablish order; to protect the pious and destroy the confusing. What we are witnessing is a pendulum swinging between order and disorder, between time going back and forth.

Consciousness has power over matter. If I tell you, get up, you simply get up. Your physical body by itself cannot do that. It is inert; it cannot violate gravity. But your consciousness controls that and allows an impossible event of levitation to become possible. This is a daily miracle, going unnoticed.

Now let us work with these ideas. Through my awareness, I can really go back in time; and through my physical body I can come back to the present moment. Let me do a thought experiment.

Suppose I become coherent (some how, kundalini may help perhaps) wave, I move faster than light, go back into a time when my grandfather has not given birth to my father. And I shoot my Grandpa. Now I come back to the present time with or without my physical body. Now I ask the question, do I exist or do I not exist?

Logical time based reasoning (shall we call it popular view of Karma?) states that since my father never was born, how could I be born to my father? So I don't exist. Then who is asking the question? I. So I exist. So we see that my ability to use my two representations wisely has enabled me to define two equally valid and opposite states of my being; namely, 1. it is true that I don't exist, and 2. it is true that I exist. I have created a new possibility, not determined by the irreversible flow of time, which I call Karma. In fact I have changed my destiny; I now have two bodies. One that exists and one that doesn't. How clever! What happened in the time after I shot grandpa and now? May be, because my father was not available ( he was not born), my mother could not, and so did not marry him, but found some one else. There might have been progeny, a different scenario altogether. My ability to go back into the past and act there has affected not only my destiny, but of so many other people as well, creating a tremendous confusion like a miracle does to us now. We know it is there; we don't know how it happened.

If we can move in time, many impossible things can be done. Put your thinking caps on. You can walk through walls. A wall may be a wall for a particle, but is not a wall for a wave. So an alpha particle, being a wave, doesn't have to climb a wall; it can simply leak out through the wall. We call this radio-activity. You can read other's minds. Your coherent waves can interact with the thought waves of others. You can see through other's eyes. You can go to the next galaxy and comeback without a space ship before I can blink my eye. A space ship would be an obstacle. Your going there is tough enough; carrying it with you will be tougher. You will be able to see time like you can see space; you develop a 4 dimensional vision. The concept of distance vanishes for you. You can become small, like an atom and so vanish from vision; or become huge like a tower. The notions of before and after lose their meaning. Is the nose of a dog earlier or later than its tail? The only thing that survives perhaps is the topological connectivity. In this sense, Karma has to be redefined as connected-ness of proximate areas in space-time. What is disjoint can't be connected; what is connected can't be separated. But one can kill both (disjointedness and connectedness) and start afresh. The freewill not only exists, but exists absolutely.

What appears impossible now may become ordinary in future, when people manage time like they manage space. This is the promise of investigating into knowing who you are.

The next question: What is a particle? That which behaves like one, not like many particles; even if it did consist of many. In my present state I don't look or function like a particle, because all the waves constituting me are so wide apart, separate. I behave like a conglomerate, to which this simple approach doesn't work. But suppose I work myself into a trance, a hypnosis, where all my thoughts are focused on one single thought, " I am " , then, I become a particle and a coherent enough wave to which statistical thermodynamic laws will not work. I eat up all time and space; they are in me. Distance in time or space matters little, if I can move with infinite speed. I am everywhere at the same time. I have an " oceanic " awareness. In such a state which people call "Samprajnata Samadhi" , situations are created just by a thought. The thought is so powerful; it searches every nook and corner of the space time world, and manifests it taking care of all consequences. I think coherence is the key for bringing order back into our world; to wind the clock back and start afresh. We don't have to lament, time lost is gone for ever. Ever reformatted a disk and wrote it all over again?

Am I there? No, definitely not. Am I trying to be there? Yes I am trying. So I can't teach you all the things I am talking to you about. May be they are just guesses; you may be better in finding the truth about Karma, than I found. If you do, please teach me.

I can't help you much in this matter. I am a blind soul trying to grope in darkness. Please find some one who is a Siddha; not one who is trying to be.

Sorry if I could not be of much help. This is all I think I know about Karma.

  11. A small note....

Jesus was a nice bloke ....many people who dislike him or even hate him do so because they misunderstand biblical teachings as his teachings........

the closest to what Jesus actually preaches is found in the 4 versions of the gospel

found in the present day bible .....and if you notice .....despite all attempts to interpolate jesus's teachings with the earlier teachings ....one still cannot find the word IDOL OR IDOLATORY in any of the 4 versions of the gospel today.........Jesus never said a word against Idolatory..... .....He came to preach against the practices of the people in his time........

Jesus was a nice guy but his teachings were hijacked and today all kind of #### is being sold in his name......

Jesus was a nice bloke ...it doesnt matter if he was a vaishnava or not ...

I wish i could have met him atleast once in person....

  12.

My Dear Impersonal and Shame-Ridden ---,

You have mistaken my posting, I was not asking for 'how karma proves that you are bereft of knowlege'.

Rather, I was saying that 'if a bear poops in the woods and nobody saw the bear, does the poop still prove that a bear pooped'

Please respond after taking in the above sample.

yours with a shovel and gloves and very high rubber boots,

    Bhaktajan

There's you as well?.. i thought there were only high rubber boots..and a shovel... atleast now i know that there's atleast someone intelligent enough to notice my green mayavadic horns....

You are looking for a missing link based on some assumption......and i expect people who are really in search of truth to look at other possibilities.

...i gave my reply ...wether you see it as poop or proof is up to you......

  13.

I think it is great to speak of the ramifications of Karma. [i do not consider Karma a 'theory'--but the above topics aumganesh cites are different 'spheres of influence' that are manifested as preceivable "karma" & "karma's-re-actions"].

In my youth I speculated that "Karma and its interactions/reactions are evidence that God exists!"--I've not yet had time nor the inspiration to flesh this out as an intellectual/jnani exercise. Ie: Karma (work/action) ergo an "absolute field" ergo "absolute purpose" ergo "absolute reservoir" ergo 'God as goal via actions.

But I do instinctually think it can easily be wrought-out as logical and proof of the existence of a one almightly theistic Godhead: "If karma exists then a Personal Godhead also exists"

Any thoughts or jnanis out there with the missing link to shed light here?

karma as proof of a personal god VS karma as proof that it is an independent natural law

King bharat though being pious on thinking about a deer at the end of his life is reborn as a Deer.. HOW FAIR.. WHEN THER IS A GOD IN THIS WORLD ???

Both kansa and Sishupal despite being bad get liberation on being killed by krishna as krishna is their last thoughtat the time of their death.......HOW FAIR WHEN THERE IS A GOD IN THIS WORLD...???

    PS Jesus once said ....

"To you everything has been revealed for the rest everything is in the parables"

  14.

Therefore, we have to understand that what ever we think of at the time of death, who ever we love or hate, or are attracted too or disgusted by, that materially conditioned consciousness and bodily form we will get without a doubt as the Gita tells us.

Just like the Brahmana ended up on the planet of the prostitutes

Somehow we have to learn to love Krishna, always think OF HIM and and serve His desires which are the desires of His pure devotees, and help every living entity serve Krishna.

cannot agree with you more ...... what you think that you become, whatever you meditate upon..wether out of love hate fear or disgust ..that you will surely become...... this is the eastern understanding.......both hindu and buddhist.....

the law of karma is often misunderstood as only the law of action and reaction... when in reality it is also the law of association....what ever you associate with(even if only mentally) ..like that you ultimely become......

it is for this reasons that all the great gurus always praise the satsang(association of those who associate with the truth)

thats why wehave Buddham sharanam gachami

    Dhamam sharanam gachami

and then we have SANGHAM sharnam gachami

Lord Swaminarayan says that satsang is the most powerful tool for finding god

GuruGranthSahib praises the glories of satsanga

and ofcourse vaishnavas speak about the glories of associating with vaishnavas......

When Jesus says "One who picks up the sword will die by the sword"..this is what he means ...that a war monger will always find himself in the state of war because he will keep taking birth in environments where there is some or the other oppurtunity for war .. there is no way to fight evil ...because fighting it is associating with it ...therefore even in the worst times one must chant the names of god ........and therefore the sane advice

"Do not judge, for as you judge others so will you be judged..All the great spiritual masters understand this property of the law of karma.

    thats why "Ahimsa paramo dharma"

You cannot destroy evil in this world .....you can at best free your self and go to a better place....

as far as freeing the mind of evil is concerned it reminds me of the story my guru once told me ....its about a student who goes to his spiritual master asking for a way for his liberation ...and the master says " you can get liberation in one day ...all you need to do is to not thinkabout "monkey" for one whole day"... as can be seen mind cannot but think of that which it tries to avoid......

the only solution is to give something else to the mind .......the mahamantra ..........that will save him.....

  15. normally when it comes to black magic the forces try to prevent the person from getting help ......so your wife's illness is preventing u from getting help ... but to get the exact procedure you will have to go to the temple .... if your wife cant go then you should go ..and once you go there.. and start your practice things will get better and you ccan take your wife there as well..... also understand that in the short term once u start any mantra you problems may increase .........but the mantra given above is safe ....and is best received from someone who regularly chants it.....thats why i am suggesting that you go to the temple.....

also when you go to the temple make sure that you register for the morning and evening sessions there ..when u register ..and when your name is called tell the pujari there about your problems and then he will suggest the remedy...

the meaning of the above mantra is calling for hanuman' s help to get rid of fear and to be happy......

also another thing you can do in the mean time is to do hanuman chaleesa and the bajrang baan ...... do an oil diya and give dhoop if possible ....

the mantra in your friends diary is not addressed to any entity which suggests that either your friend controls some entity (ghosts or some worse entity) or he has been given the mantra by a tantrik...... it is relatively easy to deal with ghosts but if you friend is receiving some help from a tantrik then i would strongly suggest you to go to the temple immediately......looking at the problms you are facing i suggest that you go there by all means ........

our religion is ritualistic in nature because there is a science involved in the procedures involved ......so only devotion will help you only in cases when you have a strong guru ..in other cases you will have to follow the procedures ........which may involve restrictions over kind of food you have because certain foods make it easier for such entities to influence you....

my suggestion is dont take any chances ... go to this temple ..it is a very famous temple .......in the short term .....you can contact a local swaminarayan temple or any other temple in case they have any remedy...

in which country are you at present? .......

  16. go to sarangpur temple in gujarat ...... over there they cure people affected with black magic or ghosts......the temple is called kasthbhanjan dev hanuman mandir ..... ir is located at Sarangpur which is 3 to 4 hr drive from ahmedabad......you can find many buses which go from the bus depot ..which is 5 to 10 mins in a rickshaw from the railway station..........go there as soon as possible....... and in the mean time do hanuman chalisa and bajrang baan........ if u do an oil diya when u do hanuman chaaleesa then even better ......

the above mantra given by das ka das is the mantra of salangpur hanuman.... if you go there you will get another mantra along with the exact procedure and the time frame in which your problem will be solved...

  17.

or: I worship Govinda, the primeval Lord, whose transcendental form is full of bliss, truth, substantiality and is thus full of the most dazzling splendor. Each of the limbs of that transcendental figure possesses in Himself, the full-fledged functions of all the organs, and eternally sees, maintains and manifests the infinite universes, both spiritual and mundane.

visiting www.krishna.org and listening to govinda used to be one of my favourite activities...... is all i have to say....... you win...

  18. i hope mr beggar that you can see the difference between the actual sanskrit verse and the translation......

i hope you can see that there is no sanskrit equivalent of "spiritual body"

the verse is saying that krishna is the supreme lord whose form (vigrahah)is sat chid ananda...... sat chit ananda is the term usually used to describe brahman....

when krishna says in the bhagvad geeta that the whole world rests on" me" as pearls on a string ...what is the "me" that krishna is reffering to ?? is he trying to say that the planets are resting on his 2 armed form???.. catch the drift.....

Dude it actually says at the bottom of the picture in Hindi "jai shitala ma"

  20.

"The Mayavadis say that the world created by maya is false, and that actually there is no living entity but only one spiritual effulgence.

false and true are relative terms ... a dream is real as long as we are a part of the dream and is unreal when we wake up.......

to assign an absolute value of "false" to the world ...is to take things out of context ...... which is exactly what the above verse does while explaining mayavada

They further say that God is imaginary, that people think of God only because of ignorance, and that when the Supreme Absolute Truth is befooled by the external energy, maya, He becomes a jiva, or living entity.

Ramana maharaishi said that the gods(demigods) are as real as you and me.....

Upon hearing all these nonsensical ideas from the nondevotee, a devotee is greatly afflicted, as if his heart and soul were broken."

this is the reason why i dont like to discuss with vaishnavas ....they are better off doing what they are told than try and understand things......

i mean if the choice is between sweet lies (which are ultimately helpful) and a broken heart what would you choose???

Bhaktivedanta Purport Caitanya-caritamrta, Antya lila 2:99

...Such persons do not accept the philosophies of the Vaisnava acaryas, which are known as suddhadvaita (purified monism), suddha-dvaita (purified dualism), visistadvaita (specific monism), dvaitadvaita (monism and dualism) and acintya-bhedabheda (inconceivable oneness and difference). Mayavadis do not discuss these philosophies, for they are firmly convinced of their own philosophy of kevaladvaita, exclusive monism. Accepting this system of philosophy as the pure understanding of the Vedanta-sutra, they believe that Krsna has a body made of material elements and that the activities of loving service to Krsna are sentimentality. They are known as Mayavadis because according to their opinion Krsna has a body made of maya, and the loving service of the Lord executed by devotees is also maya. They consider such devotional service to be an aspect of fruitive activities (karma-kanda). According to their view, bhakti consists of mental speculation or sometimes meditation. This is the difference between the Mayavadi and Vaisnava philosophies."

Bhaktivedanta Purport Caitanya-caritamrta, Adi lila 7:101

I personally believe that dwaitaadvaita and acintya-bhedabheda are more sensible than kevaladvaita and suddha-dvaita.... however whatever i say here is quickly branded as mayavada....

time and again in my posts i have tried to explain that duality is as much of an experience as oneness and both are relatively correct......

again when vaishnavas speak of krishna having spiritual body ....i ask " can you quote any scriptures to proove it ? " what exactly is the vishnava idea of a spiritual body???? please dont give me any translations ....give me sanskrit words used to describe "spiritual body" as different from material body........

Again i dont think devotional service has absolutely anything to do with karma-kanda ........and that is the reason why i have in one of my other posts relating to "did lord vishnu recommend goddess worship?" mentioned that if a material end needs to be attained then material energy needs to be worshipped acccording to the rules.....

as you can see the above two verses dont accurately describe my

"beliefs" and in my opinion dont quite describe the beliefs of most people who the vaishnavas brand as "mayavadis"
