its better then not to meditate on your chakras because you disturb the kundalini proces .
the most persons cannot control it, thats why it works disturbing .
If it takes so long it might cause mental illness,like so many have, better try to live a more balanced live like healthy foodstuff and sufficient sleep, and good activity during the day ,I know it doesn't sound spiritual but probably nobody on this world can really heal a person with a touch it has to come from within the person himself .
Kundalini must not be an obsession ,and the soul inside you is even much higher than kundalini its better to practice bahkti yoga
