I must say, I was, for a few months, in a kinda Trance and had the same idea that its our subconscious mind that handles our conscious mind and 'we' keep doing things.

But then WITH HIS KRUPA ONLY, there arose a question that

'it may be right that its the sub conscious mind that governs our conscious mind and it's deep science could be right but then the question is that who governs that subcounscious mind?'

I'm sure subconsious mind is not independent. If you, with HIS causeless grace, find a particular activity to be that of a subconsious mind, isn't that an apprehension and so withing the grasp of your conscious mind?

So its your Higher state of consciious mind only. If it was your subconscious then how could your conscious mind have grapsed it?

Thats when AAtmaa comes into pircute (the REAL ONE), the ONE Who controls even the sub conscious mind, Who descended some 5000 solar years ago on this same planet and whom devotees loving address KRSN, and Who resides everywhere.

HE is in you but you're and cannot be in HIM. Unless you leave 'you' (ego), you can't be with HIM. But HE is, nevertheless, forever was, has been, is and will forever be with you.

Think abou it, I mean, I'm not Krsn, I may be wrong!

I also had lots of doubt when a KRSNBhakt and Mahant, of a local temple used to tell me, that Its all ONE. Duality is Illusion. Lord Hanoomaan is an incarnation of Lord Shiv. I mean, do you still give it a thought? Lord Hanoomaan is 'Chiranjivi'. He sets an ideal of Devotion to Krsn. Look at His life, He lived for HIM. In ever deed of His, you can only see Pure love for the Hari. No smell of even some subtle desire of heaven or other material object!

In Shree Tulacee's Raamaayun, I read that, if you want to 'satisfy' Raam then worship Shiv and vice versa.

Its all ONE. Krsn. Please don't divert your mind in to doubts. Have faith in HIM. Its all HIM. Try to LOVE HIM. When I was a kid, for reasons only HE knows, I was attracted towards Lord Hanoomaan and then gradually as I understood (a bit only) His uncondtional service, I, again for reasons only God knows, was attracted towards Lord Raam.

Please find no difference between the two. There is no two. Its only ONE. ONE. KRSN.

Just hold your heart and offer whatever you can. Give your mind to HIM. try to Love HIM.

Things are clear, mate. See, the world is sleeping. Everyone is busy, chasing his desires. And they've forgotten their only Relative i.e. KRSN.

They all wanna 'trade' with God. Everyone wants something from the God. Mannat and stuff ya know! Its good atleast that way they get close to HIM. But they've gotta rise above. See, an Athiest or one who sledges the God will be treated the same way as one who doesn't do that. The sacred Sun won't deny His Light to him. The water will still quench his wicked throat. The food will satiate his hunger. See, the LORD is an unconditional LOVER.

In this modern world, everyone is running beyond some kinda stuff they call fun. Look at lord Shiv. Lonely on Himalay Peaks, he is in thoughtless UNION with HIM. Is he Burning in the fire of Love. We might not reach that pure state of LOVE but surely we can die trying.

We should wake people up. With HIS grace we can do it.

In todays world, the priorities have changed. Definitions of right and wrong have changed. People follow the (Godless) Leaders of the world sheepishly. In sutyoog, people were God oriented. They were unconditionally God's. Today in Kaliyoog, the world centres around ego. Desires, 'my world, its my life' kinda stuff. Where is the God. Those stick to God becuase its their God. And fight with Muslim and others. If they Love the God, why'd they fight and kill one God's own kid. Its all EGO.

With some sharp and soft tunes, if HE so wishes, we can wake the people up and show them the Leader. I listen to songs mainly of rock species. I listen to songs of an L.A. band TOTO, REO Speedwagon is good. Indian Ocean is really GOOD. (Check out KAUN)Ozzy Osbourne is good too. MLTR, good. Brayn Adams good when sober.

We need to light that pure fire of devotions in the frozen hearts of todays ruthless society. I hope you might've gotten some idea.

No, there has been no material progress in the idea. Basically I'm not a session guy, with HIs grace I do get some ideas when I make a beat in my mind, I've got songs written, I can sing also, not being the best, but what I need is 'dedicated people'. I dont want all that fame and name and stuff. Hey, would it be fair to make money in God's name?

I need guys who can take serious efforts to 'wake' people up and spread about the 'Silent Lover'. Who never tells other how much He loves all. I mean Krsn. We're all product of His unconditional Love.

I don't think its a money meanting machine. Can't seel my soul for some zillion $ contract.

So if you think you can be helpful, I'll be more than just thankful to you.

its good to read your mail, i'd certainly like to meet someone so keen to know his onw origin (Krishn). God bless ya, trust me. But what I must express is that, although I am, or wish to be His eternal mate or pal or devotee, I can 'teach' you anything. We can have a conversation, no doubt, but I'm not a Guru, who can guide you to the Eternity. I'm not disappointing you but showing and trying to tell you that, in the Lanes of Love for God, one must be very careful in selecting his Guru or even from whom to learn and what to accept. Having surrender to the God, there is no room for any fear or doubt, but I also want to meet you and talk about HIM, but please I'm qualified to be any guide or Guru. I can show you some Sacred and Dedicated Devotees, neverthless.

But what, having heard the Emglish version of Bhagwad Gita, I found a little, rather negligible 'lacuna in perfection', which is that the translator is pretty much erring with pronunciations, that of, names and other Sanskrut terms. I, by no means, am trying to disappoint you for such a noble effort but just giving you a suggestion that, if this ground can be improved then it will be really good. For that problem, I could suggest you some Indian origin youth, or even a good call center employee, here in India.

The point 'pettifogged' above, is not a mistake, but pronuciation does mean a lot, especially in Sanskrut.

The mind, is such an enigmatic 'phenomena', (or is it)to say the least, that, it is very hard to fathom the 'hidden ego', that always keeps one away from the God. It is so subtle that even grat personalities, sometimes, might find themselves a puppet of their own ego.

Your question itself shows that you have started watching your mind. Congratulations! Thank Krishn for that.

Our ancient Yogies and Rushies, and those who have been living in 'Samadhi' avasthya, secluded in Himalay and other Solitary peaks, have succesfully controlled their mind.

And when you surrender unto the God and Love then teaches you, you simply give up your mind (that never belongs to you) to the God, you drop all your doubts, desires, wishes, dreams everything on the feet of Krishn.

Look, the difference between a jiva and an Atma is that subtle mind. Atma is a pure self, part of the Pure, Krishn, and jiva is that combination of Nirgun atama and conditioned mind.

If you want to avoid your mind, you may

-practice some pranayama and quiten your breathing cycle before 'Gitadarshan'

-simply concentrate in the eyes of an idol or a Photograph of Krish or Radha, for time necessary, this would quiten the thoughflow and Monkeyness of mind,

-Basically onr's food also affects one's mind and thoughts, satvic food would certainly help in controlling the mind,

-wearing confortable garments also makes sure good blood-flow within the body, may help you

-atmosphere around your place, where you do Gitadarshan, serene, neat place, where no dialogue of any disturbance to any senses is going on

-you can imagine yourself bowing down to the Vitatswarupa or other such form of the God, here Bhava i.e. emotion and feelings are very important, being in maya (Illusion), you believe it (your body, belongings etc.)to be true, so there should not be any problem in believing a Reality to be true!

-you can also adopt a good posture, neither too loose not too stiff,

-and one thing more, as you read a verse, try to picturize the meaning of it.... Suppose the verse describes the holy attire of Sri Krishn, like his smooth Pitambara, a peacock-feather over his Crown etc., imagine how Arjuna must have felt when he opened his heart to his friend Krishn, imagine all these, feel it with full sincerity. This may help. Its the Love for the God that matters and nothing else.

These have just been a few suggestions, that the God has taught me. You may practice them. Please forgive me if anything hurts the reader.

And the best suggestion is to simply request the Krishn himself, residing in the deepest cave of your heart, to help you concentrate and surrender unto his Lotus feet and have loving faith in our Father.

Holy Hanuman, never ever thought twice as to if he would succeed, when he had to confront gigantic monsters, to get to Mother Sita, whenever his mind doubted, he simply chanted "Jai Shree RAM". And he was on his way to succeed. Because whatever he did was for the Holy himself, whether it is sending The God's message to Mother Sita or killing monster in AshokaVatika, and everything that is done for the God, has just has to be right. Whenever he was confronted with potential threat, he simply inhaled a deep breath with the LORD in his heart and mind and stood and delivered, including warning Ravana about the acts that he had committed. And not only before but also after committing every act he would thank the God. This is so sacred, there are a billion who’d remember the God, for fear, or uncertainty or any such thing, but once they accomplish their jobs, the God is long forgotten, of course, God never minds it, he is the source of pure love and protection. Although a great-accomplished personality (Astha-siddh), hanuman, in the presence of God, would act like a kid, innocent and unassuming, he is humility personified.

Love that Hanuman has is pure, absolute and unconditional, in the whole Ramayana, all he did is serve the Lord, be it sending his message over to Mother Sita, be it burning the Lanka, be is nabbing the Lankan-doctor to heal Lakshaman, be it lifting the herb-mountain to cure fainted Lakshaman and other soldiers, be it killing the monsters in the war, anything he did it all with an honest intention to carry out the Impeccable’s job. And all that he asked for in return, is his ‘charanseva’. And nothing more. He never asked for a ‘rajya’, or a beautiful woman (an eternal celibate), or some wealth. This teaches golden lessons to one who wants to know the Supreme; he is a perfect example and lays a flawless itinerary for those who want the serve the Sacred.

One more thing is that he always loved those who loved the Lord, this is so nice of him, Vibhishan, whom he met after entering Lanka, and knew as one of ‘honest devotees of Ram’, made sure that, while setting the Lanka afire, Vibhishan’s home was left out.

Hanuman is we all know, an immortal body. And he has promised the readers of Holy RAMAYANA, that anywhere where the Scripture is recited with pure devotion, he is present. He is a sacred servant of Shree Rama. He makes sure that he doesn’t get lost in logical conclusions in analyzing the Supreme. He simply loves him. And love is not a monopoly of mind.

What Shree Hanuman teaches us is to love the god. And love is such a mixture that has all the elements of sacrifice, faith, unconditionality, honesty, loyalty, oneness, servantship and infinite other elements which are beyond human conceptions. So if one wants to really know how he could ‘honestly’ serve the God, then surely he is one of the best devotees to whom a seeker can turn to. There trillion other incidents and anecdotes that we don’t know or have not been included here that the prove the depth devotion that Shree Hanuman has in Lord Shree Vishnu.

THIS SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS AND DETACHMENT FROM YOUR EGO AND ATTACHMENT WITH THE SUPREME.

YOU COULD BE AN IDEAL TEACHER, BUT MAKE SURE, THAT DONT BE A NAGGING SALES PERSON, IT OFTEN HAPPENS THAT OUT OF SHEER LOVE FOR THE SACRED, ONE STARTS DESCRIBING THE DIVINE STUFF TO THOSE WHO ARE REALLY NOT INTESRESTED IN IT AND THEY UNNECESSARILY DISRESPECT THE DIVINE.

PLEASE DONT LET SUCH THINGS HAPPEN, ONLY SHARE THE KNOWLEDGE TO THOSE WHO ARE INTRESTED OR AT LEAST SEEM NON REBELLIOUS.

THE MOVEMENT THAT YOURE GONNA CARRY OUT IS SOMETHING BEST THAT A HUMAN CAN DO IN THIS SOCIETY, BETTER THAN THAT OF THOMAS ADISON, WHO INVENTED THE BULB, AND ENDLESS OTHER SCIENTIFIC INVENTIONS.

THAT CONCENTRATE ON MERELY THEIR LINGUISTIC COMMAND, OR HEIGHT OF THEIR LOGIC AND STUFF. THIS IS REALLY POSSIBLE. YOU SHOULD, AT ALL THE TIME, BE FOCUSED ON THE HARI. EGO IS SOMETHING THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO AVOID WHEN PEOPLE WILL PRAISE YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND DEVOITIONAL POWER. TRUST ME ITS REALLY VULNERABLE. SO WHEN YOU DONT KNOW ENGLISH AND SAY "I THANK YOU", YOU OBVIOUSLY DONT KNOW ITS MEANING AND YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW DRY AND ROBOTIC IT LOOKS.

YOUR EYES ALWAYS REFLECT YOUR INNER FEELINGS. SO IF YOU THANK SOMEONE WITHOUT ANY GRATITUDE, ITS MERELY ROBOTIC.YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOU CHANT.

EVERYTHHING NOT SUPPORTED BY INNER FEELING AND HEART, IS LIKE A VOID.

KEEP IT STABLE, FOR THAT YOU MAY PRACTICE PRANAYAMA/MEDITATION FOR A FEW MINUTES, OR MORE EASILY JUST TAKE OUT THE GODS PHOTOFRAPH AND KEEP CONCENTRATING INTO HIS COMPASSIONATE EYES. JUST TO SETTLE THE DUST OF THOUGHTS. AND THEN START WIPING THEM OUT WITH DEEP-FELT CHANTING OF MANTRA.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO!

1. KNOW THE MEANING OF WHAT YOUR MANTRA IS.

2. BEFORE CHANTING, SEAT WITH CROSSED LEGS, IN A SILENT PLACE, CLOSE YOUR EYES, WATCH YOUR BREATH COME IN AND GO OUT, AND KEEP YOUR SPINAL-CORD UPRIGHT, NOT STIFF, JUST UPRIGHT.

3. ONCE THE JUMPING MIND IS SETTLED, START CHANTING THE MANTRA. LOOK, QUANTITY IS NOT MORE IMPORTANT THAN QUALITY. SO DONT BOTHER COUNTING THEM, JUST MAKE SURE YOU FEEL THE 'MEANING OF THE MANTRA' AS YOU CHANT IT. ITS GOTTA BE SLOW.

4. FEELING IS MORE IMPORTANT. YOU CAN TRY BY STARTING TO IMAGINE, FEELINGS MAY FOLLOW.

5. AND PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT DO YOU CHANT THE MANTRA FOR, I.E MATERIAL PROSPERITY, A WISH, PEACE, SATISFACTION, PLEASE TELL ME, WITH THE HOLY'S HELP, WE CAN SOLVE IT OUT.

6. NEVER LOOSE THE FAITH IN THE INFALLIBLE.
