jai Gurudev, As told in the book of practical hypnotism for doordarshan siddhi one need to look to the reflexion of the flame, but for doing this when we place the sooted area facing us we could not see the reflection so is it we need to place the non-sooted side(ie-plan area) facing us? plz help me in this aspect....

instead of tratak its better to go for shaktichakra practice

doordarshan siddhi- sadhana need to be done in a well lighted room or a dark room and what is the prefered time to do it? Please help me in this aspect.
