Hi . i am not a doctor.... but definitely i can suggest you the best way to get rid of it... since i had the same problem of yours... i wont say that i dont have the problem now.. but it's in control... and i can concentrate in my work better. Just do as i say: 1. drink plenty & plenty of water everyday 2. do pranayam (kapalbhati, anulom bilom) for 30-45 mins, 2 times/day. (if possible dont eat fat) It will not cost you a single penny... but within 6 months you will get back to your normal life... it's a promise. cheers!!

hello all respected astrologers of the forum.. please answer my queries... my DOB 31.10.1980 6:50 AM Kolkata 22N34 88E22.. my ascendant is LIBRA..VENUS is my current mahadasha & mars antar dasha is running.. from oct 09 rahu antardasha will start.. few ppl said i will have tough time from 2009-2012.. my current situation is i am engineering professional, worked in industry for 2 years.. right now trying to start my post graduate study right this year.. so left job... i am ready to work hard to earn my degree... but how much success i will have in next few years (within next 2/3 years i want to go to abroad for further doctoral study)...i dont have any intention to rejoin corporate job world though... so am i running in the right track?? and please predict about my marriage life and time also... it's pretty important for me... please everyone's prediction is welcome... help me out
