  1.

    Dear all

A simple analysis to identify the same.

    Let me clarify.

First of all, check the following conditions.

    1) All planets between Rahu and Ketu

    2) No planet is with Rahu

    3) No planet is with Ketu

    4) No planet in the Lagna

    5) No planet in the 7th house

If any of the conditions above are not met, the chart does not

    have

either KSY or KAY. (Kal sarp Yoga, Kal amrita yoga)

If ALL of these conditions are met, the next step is to see which

    of

the yogas it is, KSY or KAY. The process for that is, as I

    mentioned

    before,

    1) Start from Rahu

    2) Traverse the chart in the zodiacal direction. This is the

    normal

direction that the planets move in, and goes from Aries to Taurus

    to

    Gemini to Cancer etc.

3.a)If the next entity encountered is Ketu, this means

    that

all the planets are between Ketu and Rahu. This is Kala Sarpa Yoga.

3.b)If the next entity encountered is a planet other than

Ketu, this means that the planets are all between Rahu and Ketu.

    this is kalamrita yoga.

My visual crutch for remembering this is to visualize planets

    going

towards either Rahu or Ketu. If there are all hurling towards

    Rahu,

the native is veering towards Rahu's materialism, which makes it

Kala Sarpa yoga, since Rahu represents the Sarpa, or poison. On

    the

other hand, if the planets are all moving towards Ketu, it is Kala

Amrita yoga, since Ketu represents Moksha or Amrita.

My outline above is based on the progression of the planets, but

    you

get the same result if you consider the movement of Ra and Ke

    instead.

    1) Start from Rahu again

    2) Traverse the direction that Rahu (and Ketu) move in, i.e. go in

the anti-zodiacal direction. This means if you start from Aries,

    go

    to Pisces, Aquarius etc.

3.a) If you encounter a planet other than ketu, this means that

    this

planet is being "swallowed up" by Rahu in its progression - again

    indicating Kala Sarpa yogam.

3.b) If the first planet you encounter is Ketu, and then you

encounter the other planets, this means that Ketu is "swallowing

    up"

the other planets in its movement, i.e. the desire for Moksha is

comsuming the indications of all other planets, and the native

    will

eventually reach Moksha. This is Kal

I go by this method , others may have their own measures, Just as i believe 3rd lord as badhaks for fixed lagna, Its my point of veiw and whatever i say is not gospel, but i have reason of my beliefs some can be explained and some just cant, i have explained the badhak principle as regards the Ksy , the yardstick i apply is a word of mouth theory of my guru passed on to him by his guru and so on.

    J.s.sandhu

    Dear Sandhu Ji, Pranams.

Some clarifications please on the following.

First of all, check the following conditions.

    1) All planets between Rahu and Ketu

    2) No planet is with Rahu

    3) No planet is with Ketu

    4) No planet in the Lagna

    5) No planet in the 7th house

If any of the conditions above are not met, the chart does not

    have

either KSY or KAY. (Kal sarp Yoga, Kal amrita yoga)

    As per 1)

    ---------

If all the planets,I understand, including the Lagna fall between Rahu & Ketu on either side(east or west),it is either KSY or KAY,depending on the respective positions of Ra & Ke. I think it is ok.

    As per 2)& 3)

    --------------

If there are planets either with Rahu or with Ketu, it causes KSY or KAY.

Does it cause so even if Ra & Ke do not form the head and tail by their longitude even if some planets are with them?

    As per 4)

    --------------

If some planets in Lagna but all other planets minus lagna fall between Ra & Ke,Does it not result in any yoga?

If some planets in Lagna but all planets including the Lagna fall between Ra & Ke,does it not cause in any yoga?

    As per 5)

    ------------

If some planets in 7th but all other planets minus 7th fall between Ra & Ke,Does it not result in any yoga?

If some planets in 7th but all fall between Ra & Ke,Does it not result in any yoga?

    Given below Four cases

    ---

1.A girl born on 30-8-1977 at 7-04 hrs at Chennai has Moon in 7th,Sun&Mer® in Lagna

but except 7th all others fall between Rahu in Virgo and Ketu in Pisces.

Some are of the view that this girl is not affected by any yoga.

But here I find with due respect to KSY & KAY the dual effect.

2.A lady born on 29-6-1941 at 7-56 hrs at Kumbakonam(79:E:21/ 10:N:57) has Ketu

with Mars in Pisces (Mars & Ketu in Longi 5-08 & 3-38 respectively) while Rahu alone in

Virgo, showing all the palenets including LAGNA Which has VENUS in it between Ra &

    Ke.

Can we conclude that this woman has KSY or no KSY because Lagna has a planet?.

3.A boy born on 11-6-1978 at 11-35 hrs at Kancheepuram(79:E:45/12:N:05) has Ketu in

Pisces and Rahu in Virgo and all the planets within them including Lagna which has

in it two planets,Mars&Sat.This boy is doing well somewhere abroad and got married

recently. Does he has a KSY?

4.A person born 26-9-1940 at 5-00hrs at Chennai has Ketu in Pisces and Rahu in Virgo

    with Mars,Sun &Mercury (Rahu:18:16,Mars:00:47,Sun:09:42,Mer:25:47),indicating

all fall between Mercury & Ketu, but three planets with Rahu & no planets in

    Lagna.

    How to decide on this?

In my humble view majority of charts may have the combination of KSY and KAY,if not

    KSY or KAY alone.

Can I have your guidance? Please correct,if my understanding has gone astray.

    Regards,

    Anusha

  3. Sandhu Ji, Pranams,

Posting thread after thread on variety of important topics very helpful & useful not only to learners but also to astro practitioners is really an untiring effort as rightly said by JogeeJi amidst your tight official schedules.I know how much patience it needs. As long as YOU,V.K.Shridhar Ji,USR Ji,Deepa Ji and other such veterans are there in this great forum there is no dearth of Gurus for learners like me.Really lucky we are, when you are all feeding such a nutritive food to those hungry.

    Deep regards,

  4.

    Respected Ms. Anusha,

You are most welcomed. My sincere suggesstions to you and all the readers to share this information amongst all your friends. Who knows, it may benefit someone suffering from this dosha and is completely clueless on the remedial measures.

I have seen most of the couples seek guidance from experts when they actually experience or feel the impact in their real life. I sincerely wish that all the newly married couples should learn about this and adopt the remedial measures pro-actively.

    Best regards,

    Mandar

  5.

    Namaskar,

We are expecting our 1st baby in couple of weeks. Our due date as per doctor is April 18th and she wants us to come for delivery on Aril 17th.

I would like to know as what is the best date to have a baby in April 2009. It be really helpful to know if we could select an auspicious date for birth. I know that we cannot control the child's birth date and time, but since doctor has asked us the date that we want to have the delivery done, then I would like to know and try to meet that.

I was born is Varanasi (U.P)

    Born on 28th Aug 1977, 1:05 AM

    I was married on Feb 10th 2007

We are having our first baby - its a boy

My wife was born on 14 July 1978

    dear goole12,

First of all I would like to advise you not to meddle with what has the Supreme power has already decided on the child. Why don't you think +ve.While you say you are expecting the first child, you also say"We are having our first bay-its is boy" A contradicting & confusing statement.

How will you confirm whether humanly suggested date& time will be really good? All depends on how lucky you are depending on your past karma.Your birth details have nothing to do with the expected addition.

Anyway I suggest to leave the date & time in the hands of the Almighty who will only do good in the form of your doctor and continuously pray only with +ve thoughts to the Mighty Hanuman ji who will not only take care of the child to be born and those responsible for the healthy growth of the child:ie.you, your wife and all those concerned, including the doctor who attends to its birth.

    Best wishes,

    Anusha

  6. Sandhu Ji,

Nice to see you after some short gap with a valuable thread.Thank you.I have been requesting for one on finding Curses in charts and you also promised to do so long ago but I,probably many learners like me,have been earnestly looking forward to such one. Please do it at your at your leisure,as I know you are officially also busy with heavy schedules.

Out of all 8, no 5 has match points as 31.5 out of 36 and so does no 8. the match points are excellent. Saturn in no5 is in 12th like in the chart of the girl and thus balanced. Both are not manglik where as no 8, Mars is in 4th house. The venus dosha as you mentioned may not be as great as one might think if we balance the charts and right now it is best available match so far. Both no5 and no 8 charts are having Guru mahadasa, in one it is 8th lord and in other it is 12th lord (and also neecha in lagna). Thus no 5 is again better.

    I hope it helps.

    WebYogi Ji, Pranams.

It is great to have your considered view. Thank you for approving no 5 to be the best as of now.

    1. May I have one thing clarified as regards the boy No8

    .

The boy has Guru, the lord of the 12th and the 3rd,in Lagna where, of course,He is neecha. Some are of the view that Neecha Guru if located in Kendras either to Lagna or Moon or in His own house in Navamsa,Neecha

banga takes effect. Also if Guru is in Lagna, irrespective of the houses, none of the doshas affects the native of the chart.

As this boy's(No 8) chart shows such a location with retrogate Mars in His own Trikona house(4th) in rasi whereas He is Neecha in Navamsa, guide me as to how to treat this phenomenon.

2.Here is one more boy proposal with DOB:8-11-1976/04-15 hrs/Kolkata to the girl(30-8-1977/07-04hrs/Chennai)

The boy has SUN(Neecha in Tula& Bhadaka for this Lagna),VENUS(Lagna Lord),MERCURY& MARS in Tula lagna(Vargottama Lagna with Mercury).

    Venus,the lagna lord, is combust.

    Guru,the lord of 3rd &6th in 5th(VARGOTTAMA).

Guru aspects lord of 4th& 5th(Sat in Mithuna),Moon, lord of 10th in 11th and also the Lagna which has four planets as stated above with combust lagna lord.

Sir, what is your considered view on the compatibility of this with that of the girl?Any putra dosha,Kalathra dosha etc? I think there is no possibility for putra dosha. Please.

    Deep regards,

    Anusha

    Anushaji,

Pl contact me @ my email ID. Whatever information I got on this subject, I will tell you.You can clarify what exactly you mean by Ishta Devata and only Dvadakshari .You got any particular deity in mind.

You can use the information for suggesting to others, only when asked by them.Slokas can be recited as it is,But mantras are to be recited with proper way in particular swara and are powerful. If they are uttered in an improper way they cause more damage than help.

In this Kaliyuga only prayers/Namasmaran and good deeds are enough to protect.

    with best wishes,

    USR

    Respected Sir, Pranams:pray:

I will do as suggested with a copy of this thread for your immediate reference.Very kind of you.

A request. Will you please give the process of praying Ishta devata & the appropiate Dvadakshari mantra/sloka for each deity of Ishta devata?

This will be helpful to the members interested and learners like me to help others.

  10.

    Namaskar,

    -WebYogi-

    Anusha

  11. webyogi ji, Pranams.

Boy 4 has been conveyed the suitability for the girl.Awaiting their response

There are yet four more boy proposals numbering 5 to 8 for the same girl as below.

    (GIRL: DOB:30-8-1977/ 07-04hrs(AM)/ Chennai Longi:80:14:48:E Latti:13:04:00:N)

    Boy5 DOB: 2-1-1977 /22-46hrs/Chennai

    Boy6 DOB: 20-9-1976 / 14-43 hrs/ Chennai

    Boy7 DOB: 24-6-1976 /04-30 hrs/ New Delhi.

    Boy8 DOB: 15-10-1973 /13-23hrs/Madurai: 78 E 7 /9 N 56

My opinion in brief: Sir, Of the above three I feel the boy 5 Suits well with the girl,if venus in the 7th(Bhadaka for Leo Lagna) does not cast a dosha & mallefic effects.Even out of all the 8 boys so far the boy 5 seems preferable for the girl taking both the stars and charts into consideration, provided Venus in 7th is ok and then comes the 8.

Will you please check them to form your view and correct me in case an error in mine?

    Regards,

    Anusha

  12. webyogi ji, Pranams,

    Thanks.One claification please.

    1.

    BOY 1:DOB: 13-3-1975/ 15-55 hrs/ Chennai

Lagna: Cancer, Mars exalted in 7th and Saturn in 12th, match points 22.5 out of 36 and with two doshas.

A view exists that for Cancer & Leo Lagna natives Mars, being a benefic for them, does not cast a dosha. As regards Saturn he is placed in 12th in both the charts(Boy & Girl).

    2.

You observed"The match points for Boy 4 are 24.5 out of 36, he is non manglik".

He has Mars with Moon(Rasi) & Venus. Will this not cast some dosha, though the Lord of the house & Jupiter are also located with them? This is fifth from Asc.

    Please guide.

    Regards,

    Anusha

  13. Webyogi Ji, Pranams.

Very nice of you.Thank you very much.I agree with you there are doshas.

From boys' side they say the manglic effect is countered by some aspects and the location of the Mars & Sat and the effect of dosha is negligible on the overall chart comparison in respect of longivity, puttra and harmony.

Can you please throw some light on this?

By the by one more boy has come to offer his chart for comparison with chart of the girl above.

    Dob:11-7-1977/19-50hrs/Hyderabad

Here the boy is only a month older than the girl and I find some doshas here also. Look forward to your view.

    Regards,

    Anusha

  15. Dear Webyogi ji,

    Thank you for your view.

I just give below a portion of the thread above posted by M.R.Moorthi Ji for which may we have your considered view?

"If offering flowers to god is like a sacrifice of a life, even plucking of vegetables, fruits, leaves etc which are god given to sustain lives is also a wicked act.

Probably I could be wrong in such a comparison.Let us have your valuable comment.

    Regards.

    M.R.Moorthi"

    Deep regards,

    Anusha
