  1. Well I'm curious about Rahu associations too. I've always heard that the nodes take the place of their house lord. I have this example in my chart. I have Guru in the 10th house in its own house(Meena). Rahu, Buddha, and Surya are all with it. Nothing is combust. How would Rahu effect a planet like Jupiter that is in its own house?
  2. Exaltation has to do with energies given off by the planets. Ketu is supposed to be sort of the Anti-Moon, as it is a signal for disassociation of the Super-Ego and parts of the Ego. If Rahu and Ketu are opposites, then Moon and Rahu must have similar energies in how they work. Rahu inflates things, which is basically the same thing that Moon does(I'm thinking philosophically here). When you have an ego, you are noting individuality about your self through the processes of your mind. Rahu denotes egocentricity and subconscious needs similar to how the moon does(though more extreme). Since they have similar energies, they would have to be exalted in the same areas. Basically Rahu is the Moon's on switch, and Ketu is its off switch. Now when the Sun goes through these nodes, it basically gets the Moons energies in relation to the Sun. When the Sun goes through the Moons Rahu Node, there is a strong compulsive need to be popular and successful. It often leads to a lack in self-confidence. When the Moon goes through the Moon's Ketu node, basically the Moon's energies get reduced on the Sun, causing the Native to have no need or want for public or leadership success.
  3. Ive read that this conjunction is usually called Guru-Chandala Yoga. The thing is, I've read that Jupiter usually has to be weak for this to happen or something(I'm not too sure how it works). According to Shadbala and Jagannatha Hora my Jupiter is a 514.62 shadbala(131.95% strength). What would the result be from the conjunction. Also my Moon and Ketu are about 7 degrees apart and in the same house. Is there a conjunction there, and if there is what would be the result. Please help, I take this very seriously. Thanks in advance.
  4. Jupiter and Rahu are conjunct in Pisces in the 10th house.
  5. How close does the moon and ketu have to be together to be consider conjunct?
  6. What does it mean if Ketu and the Moon are in house 4 together in Virgo and Jupiter, Mercury, Venus and Rahu are together in house 10 in Pisces?
  7. I know personality is supposedly primarily deteremined by the Moon in vedic astrology. I was born though in a Revati pada 4 sun sign and Chitra pada 1 moon sign. Like the focus of Revati, trying to understand the meaning of existence and artistic and dreamy imagination feels like my focus. What effect would having Revati as a sun sign have?
  8. Can someone please help me with this? I'm interested in whats in store for my future as far as spiritual and career wise. I'm also interested to know how my personality will continue to develop.
