In 2000 of september I went to India, and my god, I loved it, I loved it even more when I came back haha because I remember missing Canada when I was there at times..oh man dont ask my why LOL but I do love living in Canada! But im 21 now and problem is my family esp my dad has problems with his family preventing me to go to India well as a family. But I know I will go back whenever I get the chance, but could someone look into my chart and see that?? I know it sounds a little difficult I think I dont know but I guess when is OVERSEAS travel indicated in my chart? It would be so amazing to find out if someone could evaluate..man I miss India too much dont get me started, this feeling has been with me since 2000 and im 21 now I was 13 then. I also love Hinduism and has made me love my born religion Sikhism as well, Jai Ho India!! India is divine and beautiful and words could not help emphasize how much I miss India! MD Sir, what is the proper Vedic way to fast? Ussualy when I fast I always start at 12 am to the next day 12 am (24 hrs) but I was wondering what you advise?

My astrologer gave me a moonga bangle (kara) to wear, but the stones sometime hang like it doesn't touch my skin, but I decided to wear it more back on my arm so it stays in place, like it does touch my skin but sometimes it doesnt because it hangs if you know what I mean, its situated in copper metal could someone advise? OH! Could you advise me on what day I could fast for WEIGHTLOSS?? I've gained quite a bit from before but I JUST started working out again (I always was one that hit the gym and still enjoy it) and I am seeing some result but I know it'll take some more time, but im also muscular I jus need to lose some fat what day could I fast to improve my health and fitness? VERRRRRYY INTERESTING! Well Sir, since I was about 17 I was always able to observe fasts for 48 hours, even at times 60! But I always kept it to 48 and sometimes just 24 but it was always on a random day..I fasted from Tues to Wed 48 hours (fast ended at 12 am thurs) soo what day would be good for me to fast? I really am curious please do advise and thank you very much!
