my girl friend has mangalik dosha in her kundali.it is said that
people with this dosh are high tempered and fight very often please
tell me how can one remedy this defect.

Your query is incomplete. You have not mentioned about
the position of mars in your chart. If she's your girl
friend and if you are emotionally attached to her and
if your relationship is not new (more than a year
old), then the fact that nothing untoward has happened
so far indicates that your mars is compatible with
hers. So just relax..else..with the kind of dosha you
are mentioning, anything could be possible..even the
physical separation by way of death.

You may also note few points about manglik dosha as to
how it gets cancelled.


1.When Mars is in its own sign (Aries, Scorpio),
exalted (Capricorn) or in the houses owned by PLANETS
SUPPOSED to be his friends (Sun, Jupiter, Moon)
manglik dosha gets cancelled.

2. If Mars is in the 2nd house but in Gemini, Virgo
sign then the manglik dosha gets cancelled

3. If Mars is in 12th house but in Taurus, Libra then
the manglik dosha gets cancelled.

4. If Mars is in 7th house but in Cancer, Capricorn
then the manglik dosha gets cancelled.

5. If Mars is in 8th house but in Sagittarius, Pisces
no dosha exists.

6. For Cancer and Leo ascendant Mars is a yogakaraka(
a beneficial influence) wherever it may be no dosha at

7. For Aquarius ascendant Mars in the 4th/8th house
then the manglik dosha gets cancelled.

I have a query, My mars is in the 8th house and my rashi and rashi lord is

Sagittarius-Jupiter and my lagna and lagna lord is Libra - Venus; does it mean that my dosha has been cancelled from the 5th point below which says "5. If Mars is in 8th house but in Sagittarius, Pisces
