Height Increase possible??

Dear Kumar,
While it is true that there are some procedures in ayurveda which
help in increasing height, it is very difficult at the age you
mention (you have said you are 28). If it had been even 22-25, I
would have recommended a try. Also if you want advise regarding what
can be done please visit a qualified vaidya and do not respond to the
ads in the papers. As member durgesh puts it, having a positive
approach often helps more than actual physical appearance.

Hi,

As you mentioned if the age is between 22-25, there is something one
can try to increase height. Well, I am 25 yrs. old and would like to
increase my height atleast 2 to 3 inches more.
If there is anything I can do, in order to increase my height..? Any
height increment success formulas or any suggestion would be much
appreciated.

I hope you are in high spirits and pink of
health...I am a new member and I would like to ask you to please tell
me what procedures in ayurveda can help in increasing height. I am 22
and 5'1 and half" tall. And yes I totally agree that its the attitude
towards life thats important in ones success but it is also true
regardless of how successful I will be in life...I will also feel sad
because I couldn't be tall, its been a dream of mine since I was a
very young girl. I could blame the genes in my family or lack of
sports whatever it may be the truth remains ..."I wish I was
taller"...even if little bit...and you know something even when I am
an old lady 60 years old I will think back to how I always wanted to
be tall...So anyways to make the long story short...please suggest
anything that you can...I am not in India and so it is not possible
for me to go to a vaidya and that's why I am writing to you...

Sir ,

I am Biplab.N.Mistry 24/mumbai. I am 5.4 and want to increase my
height by more 4 inches.. After reading this mail to mr. kumar my
hope really increased.I would like to know about the procedures ..

hi
i have a height of 5ft 6inch , i am very keen to increase my height to upto 6 , is it possible through ayurved and yog aasana , i have a great beleive in ayurved science & always thought that thera must be some way in ayurved of increasing height at this age
kindly show me the way , to what maximum height i can grow

i m lucky 18/m/haryana..... my height is just.. 5'2"... m really very upset about dis issue.. n i want to increase my height upto 5 or 6 inches more.. because in the field in which i wanna go requires tall persons... i believe in ayurveda n m sure it'll help me out...
so plzz give me some remedies.... plz help me out....

The height is genetically determined. This can not be increased with internal administration of medicines. Do not go for harmone treatment. It spoils complete body physiology
