Core Meditations: Shabda, innersound

Hello Marcus,

 

I have read many of your posts you seem eloquently mindful. I am

intrigued by you what you call core meditation, and Shabda meditation

on the inner sound. In the past I have practiced meditation on the

inner sound, but I honestly don't think it is what you are referring

to. If you would be so kind as to extrapolate on this subject, or

point to a direction where more information on this topic could be

obtained, I would be most appreciative.
