Hi Devanath,

 

In the cosmic puja book, Brahma Puja page 289-290, refers to Lord

Brahma holding a spoon for pouring oblations of ghee (sruva haste -

2nd Dhyaanam)& 3rd Dhyaanam (vamadhasca tatha sruvah)

 

Also googled and found "sacrificial ladles and spoons (Sruk and

Sruva)".
