The article is in the files section of this group. I hope it opens

because there have been problems with some of the other files

opening. Jai Maa

It didn't open for me today, but I will keep trying. Eventually it

will probably open in something that I can read. I saw a lot of

squares and other hyrogliphics tere today.

All the files are opening perfectly for me. Thanks so much for

making them. What a treasure!

Go to the bottom of the page where there is a long list of links and

look for "groups." Click on it. It will take you to the general

"groups" area, but if you look to the left near the top of the

screen, there is a section labled "My Groups", and Devi Mandir should

be listed there; click it. That will take you to the opening page of

the Devi Mandir Group. On the left side there is a menu, and "Files"

is one of the items; click on it, and that will take you where you

need to go.

Failing that, use the link at the Devi Mandir to get to the Group page

and look for the page with Shree Maa's picture on it; the menu with

"Files" is there.

It opened fine for me, but it opened with MS Word, so I'm wondering if

it's in Word format. If it is, that would explain the strange symbols.

It would also mean that someone forgot to convert it before they

uploaded it.

I loved that article. It's amazing how a yagna can be powerful.

Just recently I listened to Swamiji's account on doing the Panchagni

sadhana (the five fire sadhana) which can be found on the Devi

Mandir site.

The whole ceremony is so beuatiful. The preparation of all the

articles to be offered, the set-up of the area of worship, the

lighting of the fire where all the deities are asked to be present.

I sit there and offer everything to the Gods and Goddesses. All my

mishaps as well as accomplishments, my monets of self-conceit and

self-deprecation and everything in between. And when I rise to

leave, I feel I have truly burned off some layers, sometimes

literally.

Jai Maa,

Gauri

Hari Om Sarada,

How do I get to the Files section? I'm not that familiar with the "group" management.

Thanks and Blessings,

Lynne

The Yagna Article makes for good reading. It may point to the

importance of the breathing while doing Puja recitations. Fire feeds

on air as much as its does upon wood or any other fuel, even our own

flesh at cremation. The prana in recitation can light the fire

within. Might it then burn away our inner demonds, or at least roast

them well enough so that the Goddess can eventually make a good meal

of them. Kali seems to have a strong appetite for eating demonds.

Chandi Goddess and her lion seem to also.
