Question: Please tell me what is my sadhana?

 

 

Answer: The most important sadhana is to keep remembering even while

you

fulfill responsibilities, even while you do worldly works.

 

Remember our goal is not to perform spiritual practices, but to live

a

spiritual life.

 

Then perform the practices which help you remember.
