Pankaja_Dasa 1 Report post Posted July 14, 2005 Cheesy Chips-yummy for your tummy Ingreidients- 2 Potatoes 1 Cup Milk made into Curd [No need to hang] Salt Oil Hing -- Right, cut and fry the potatoes, meanwhile boil milk and curdle with lemon. Put over cloth [keep bowl underneath] squizze out the water. Discard water. Kneed some salt into curd. Now fry oil in pan, put Hing, fryed potatoes and curd. Stir fry for 2 mins. Guest guest Report post Posted July 27, 2005 1 n half cup cous cous 1 n " " boiling water 1tblsp olive oil 1tsp salt mix all of the above and cover for 10 min...fluff with fork and leave 2 cool then add 1 green pepper chopped as u like half cup roasted peanuts some raisins...as u like boiled chick peas...1 cup steamed mixed veges 1 avocado 1 tomatoe chopped fine olives cucumber celery chop, mix everything, add ur fav dressing offer, serve and enjoy I just love it!!!!!
