sleep glourious sleep

A normal individual other than real yogis (who do not belong to any part of material world), require atleast 8 hrs of sleep for a healthy life. If not 8 hrs atleast 6 to 7 hrs are required.

So taking this into consideration, sleep from 9 PM to 12 Am may be like this.....start sleeping when it is 9 pm of eastern time and wake up when it is 12 am at western time (that will be actually 3 am in eastern zone). so this is brahma muhurtham in east side.
