theist Posted October 2, 2003 Report Share Posted October 2, 2003 you can try is completely cleansing your sinus cavities. I do this with some warm water and baking soda mixed together. I then take a small rubber bulb and fill it with the solution and run it through each nostril. I got the bulb from an ear cleaning kit. Works well. I believe this is called nasya in ayurvedic practice and they also use different oils etc. instead of the baking soda water. They also sell little vessels to use in place of the rubber bulbs.
