Anyway, at that time we had to go deep into a room where they prayed to krishna. It was very small. Also, they sold lassi outside in bowls made out of dirt, I remember drinking it and getting sick /images/graemlins/smile.gif The temple in mathura is half temple and half mosque. They look closer to European which makes no sense - because it is right that one serves krsna within his own culture and art (prabhupada said, about radharani of radha-parisisvara (the lord of PARIS!!), that she, as a french girl, is very beautiful..... so krsna and radha are also westerners!!!!!!) Reminds me of a Madonna and baby Christ painting I saw one time in a Catholic art gallery. It was from Japan. Both Mary and Jesus were shown as Japanese. Mary in Kimono holding child Jesus.
