Any one knows how to cure inguinal hernia (at the groin) by

natural means?

Can it be healed without surgery?

Hernia is nothing but more like a physical injury inside the skin just like a tear of muscles due to excessive pressure on it.

The only cure is Surgery at earliest.

The condition will only worsen as the time passes.

Try

1) Avoid constipation.

2) Treat any symptons of cough at it's earliest. Sneezing exerts more pressure on it and will worsen the situation as happened in my case.

3) Buy a supporter or jockey from a sport' shop and use it at your earliest.

4)Any natural cure, Inform me too.

I went to an acupuncturist for over a year for treatments for my inguinal hernia. The acupuncture combined with the prescribed herbal teas worked quite well. The prolapse got much smaller and the few times the hernia was aggravated by heavy lifting or excessive physical straining, the recovery time was much quicker. I would have continued with the treatments but I ran out of money. Two years later I still haven't had surgery and I haven't had any aggravated symptoms even though I still do daily physical yard work. The key is to not lift more than your "comfort level" and to heed the "warning signs" and eat a proper amount of protein.
