I've only been chanting for about 2 months now and I try to chant in my head while I'm falling asleep. However, it's pretty hard to continue this because I natually fall asleep and then it's like I'm unconscious, especially of Krishna. Any thoughts about how I can chant even in my sleep? Guest guest Posted August 20, 2003 Report Posted August 20, 2003 To remember Krishna during sleep, you need to remember him all day long. Its pretty hard, I know, to remember while being awake. But With constant practice and sustained effort its possible. Quote
