atma 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2003 LE, the temple and the deities were so beautifully decorated. At 4.30pm they opened the altar and they had this beautiful flower outfit with mirrors in the middle of the designs. The temple room was looking like a forest, so many plants and flowers and they put signs with Jaya Radhe in Sanskrit like you see in Vrindavan. This beautiful cows were on the walls, like Vraja cows. Outside the temple the night before they decorated the sidewalk with nice festive designs and even the plants pots and vases had designs. It was really beautiful. Most was done by the kids and Mother Kriya Shakti that BTY Theist, was asking for your flat in Vrindavan, gave class. A girl lead kirtana at noon and another one lead during Jhulan Yatra. It was a very nice Festival.

atma 0 Report post Posted September 6, 2003 I think this will be the third time that I said the lady giving class is Kriya shakti. Do you know her from Hawaii? She lived there for a few years.
stonehearted 0 Report post Posted September 6, 2003 Yikes--sorry. I think I asked before I looked at any of the other posts. I did know Kriya a little here, although she was mostly here while I lived on the Mainland. We know her from San Diego. She seemed like a nice devotee. Pankaja_Dasa 1 Report post Posted July 23, 2005 You need to have Active x enabled. If you don't know what that is do a google search. La Tp had a help page but I can't seem to locate it. The Cam need to access Active x so you need to have it enabled. [Probably thru Interent Properties.]
