breaking ekadasi with water

If one fasts on ekadasi eating or drinking nothing from sunrise to sunrise can he break the fast with just water

offered to krishna ??

 

I live under circumstances that i cannot cook but eat food out in the hotel which is not offered to krishna...

If you have completely fasted on ekasasi, taking no food or water, you can break the fast by taking fruit.
