Sirona
Does anybody of you know how mozzarella cheese is made?
Tarun
Where r u? Here in New York City we have Polly-O, Sorrento & many other Mozzarella distributors. 18 yrs ago, we argued with Saradiya dd whether Polly-O could be offered. So we called them. They sent us letter confirming, assuring us they only used vegetarian enzymes. Exactly how mozzarella is made? If u find out let us all know. Guest guest
I have always wondered how they make different cheeses taste different. They all start with milk that is curtled, but what makes swiss taste like swiss, and mozzarella taste like mozzarella?

Tarun
Gusto Guestji: Cheese flavor? It all has to do with regional foot flavor. Hint: Like making wine by foot-stomping grapes. Lotus feet? u benefit. 1 of 3 most precious substances. Otherwise avoid. Make your stomach curdle? U bet.
