The simple answer is no. Most of these arati songs are recent compositions by various swamis from North India.

The term "Vedic arati" will actually refer to worship procedures enunciated in the Agamas. There are generally three systems of Vishnu worship, namely Vaikhanasa (worship according to the Vaikhanasa Agamas), Pancharatric (worship according to the Pancharatra Agamas) and Tantric (worship according to the Tantras).

ISKCON temples worship according to the Pancharatras. Generally most authentic Vishnu temples will worship according to the Vaikhanasa Agamas (there are Shaiva Agamas for Shiva temples). There are some Vishnu temples, such as Guruvayur in Kerala that worship according to the Tantras. Some temples established by Ramanuja worship according to the Pancharatras, or a combination of Vaikhanasa and Pancharatra.

In Vaikhanasa worship, the priest will usually chant mantras from the shruti which contain the word of what is being offered to the deity (though it may be in a completely unrelated context), or during arati they will chant the deities gayatri mantra or mula mantra, etc.
