Mahabharat can it be read fully? many people say we should not read it fully and leave a chapter out is this true?

Yes, it may be read, as the essential subject is Lord Krishna and His devotees.

 

Some people think one will have arguments in one's house if they read mahabharata. But this is just a superstition. Any narration of Lord Krishna's pastimes will bring auspiciousness and victory.
