Gauracandra Posted September 9, 2001 Author Report Share Posted September 9, 2001 My second experiment with Saffron pudding went very well. I made only a small quantity but kept the same proportions. I wasn't timing it or anything, but the thing is to stop while it is still liquidy. So as it cools it firms up, but stays very soft.
