The Amish

I was wondering if anyone could direct me to some good resources relating to the Amish (either Websites or Books). I've been trying to study as much as possible other religious traditions in terms of their history, traditions, internal workings, structure, organizations etc... to come up with ideas on what is needed to be successful and trying to come up with ways to incorporate that into spreading Krsna Consciousness. I just finished studying the Mormons and have lots of ideas that might work from them. Now I want to study the Amish (and other such groups like Quakers, Mennonites etc....). I want to see how they have been able to live such simple lives, without the interference of technology. Again, I'm trying to focus not just on history, but also structure, and unifying ideas, that give them their unique culture and status. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated (especially book recommendations that I could buy).
