How do i found out who my kur devi is?

i have recently become very interested in learning futher about my religio and someone asked me who is your kur devi, i said i dont know... is there any way to find out i asked my parents but they said they are not sure either...

What is a kur devi?

is it a special devi based on astrology? or what? i havent heard the term b4.

kuLa devi means the devi (goddess) of the family line.

 

When a woman, married or unmarried,

exhibits exceptional spirituality,

or goddessly courage to fight adharmis and wins (or dies fighting) or has relized god or goddess,

then she is worshipped by the family line as their kuLa devi.

 

All families lines do not have kuLa devi.
