"Not all who wonder are lost" can be translated to saskrit as

"Sarve yah atanti na bhavanti luptah".

Pronounciation : The first t in atanti has sound value of t in english to, the second t in atanti, the ones in bhavanti and luptah have the sound value of t in english three or sabskrit jatah ( meaning born).

Sorry I made a mistake in my reply

But "Not all who wonder are lost" can be translated to saskrit as

"Vismitah sarve na bhavanti luptah".

Pronounciation : All the t's have the sound value of t in english three or sabskrit jatah ( meaning born).
