Pankaja_Dasa 1 Report post Posted April 20, 2004 Hare Krsna, www.asitis.com Gita says. HARI! --one who takes away material desires. Believe it or not, KRSNA is scared to award material desire to His devotees, in case they might leave Him. Bhaja Nityananda!
yasodanandana 0 Report post Posted April 20, 2004 ask krsna will not give it if it is not good for your spiritual advancement if you learn to ask and pray to krsna you will gradually learn to ask only proper things, than you will learn to not ask anything and to serve only

Guest guest Report post Posted April 21, 2004 Madhav Iam confused with this concept, if somebody throw some light it would be great. Say if i pray asking for something with devotion to the god , will it be granted based on the devotion or will it be based on my karma pala.

Guest guest Report post Posted April 21, 2004 my devotion today might give me fruit tomorrow . not necessarily... devotion can change karma even immediately, karma is a law given by god, if we surrender (entirely or partially) to god, our karma is entirely or partially erased a sincere prayer can surely save us from an immediate disgrace read what krsna says: sarva-dharman parityajya mam ekam saranam vraja aham tvam sarva-papebhyo moksayisyami ma sucah Abandon all varieties of religion (or duties) and just surrender unto Me. I shall deliver you from all sinful reaction. Do not fear. . we surrender completely and He deliver us from the sinful reactions, the karma.... everything wiped ... if we really surrender
