This is no caste ground. Here we discuse about our religion to gain knowledge on how to make this world a paradise for all living being. So, please confine your quries to religion. Sorry, but a line must be drawn here. Caste has always divided the people of India and I hope the Indian government will ban all caste base associations in order to unite the people of India.

im definatley no justifier of the caste system. but what was done in the past was done and there is nothing we can do to change the past, we can only change the present. i definatley back the party that is willing to truly make all men equal in the eyes of others, but i was wondering if i can somehow get my family's history. its not easy finding a caste site which is updated as regularly, and nearly impossible for me to find anything online...i mearly asked, please do not be upset that my post did not meet your standards..i humbly apologize

Ratheesh,

The best option would be to ask the elders in your area, or go to a local library and look into the archives ( you have to do it in your local library).

There can also be some sort of folk songs, if the people of your commmunity were great in the past.

So, Visit the places, and talk to your elders, there might even be some records in the temples.

Ratheesh, Did you search ?

If you dont get your community, you can get a malayalee community, and you can request some local to find the info you require.

We have lotsa communities for tamil people. So I expect to have the same for malayalees as well.
