All Glories To Srila Prabhupada! (Thanks Anand for reminding me never to use the short form again lol!)

 

Hope you all are in good health. I have'nt posted on here for a long time but as as the Supreme said himself, those who have tasted Krishna consciousness will always come back, and so I have...

 

I just wanted to ask fellow devotees what their favourite names for Krishna were...Personally, mine is Hrishikesh (controller of the senses)and then Madhusudhan (slayer of the demon Madhu)

 

So, let the topic roll guys and bring out those names!

Good to hear from you again, I'm sorry I missed meeting you at Soho street temple in London.

 

I'm doing alright materially/physically, but am still not devoted enough to Lord Krishna.. perhaps in time I will be if I keep chanting/reading/worshiping/associating with the wonderful devotees at Coventry temple etc.

 

As for names I like Govinda. It seems to have several meanings, as apparently Go can refer to cows, land or one's senses. Vinda means "protector." When the two words are combined, Govinda means Krsna who is the protector of the cows, the land and/or one's senses.
