To tell him that no one can take the position of Radharani - not even Krishna himself. His devotion seems to be good - in the sense that he is TYRING (no one can reach Radharani's stage) to feel devotional symptoms like Radharani does but he has taken his wife out of his house - so I guess he could practise both - his devotional service as well as his duties at home and work, otherwise, it becomes markat vairagya or monkey renunciation.
