Guest guest Report post Posted November 8, 2005 Hare Krishna. We are like the bird in a cage, if the cage is taken away, the bird is set free. The body is the cage and we are the soul. Everything is due to karma and not by chance which is the alternative to karma.

Guest guest Report post Posted November 10, 2005 Persons of a good heart show concern like you just did. The culture when there is no concern for other people is coming today more and more. When we realize the actual position we are in, when we realize why our planet in vedic scripture has name "the planet of death", then we can start with our spiritual battle. The law of the nature is very strict, it has been created by the Creator for higher purposes. Yes, we should feel bad when we see simingly young and innocent get hurt, but we do not know the big picture. We should strive to understand that law of the nature, respect it, try to obey it so we live as long as possible and use our free time for God's service. If we carry God proudly in our chests, we can also help others.
