Guest Monika Report post Posted August 18, 2018 Hi all I want top practice yoga for healthy soul..will anybody plz share the do and don'ts for doing yoga like what to eat or not after or before doing .when to do yoga in morning or evening..is any specific time which is best for it like if I cant do in morning should I do anything which suits me..
