Not doing well in Profession

I am not doing well in my Profession from quiet some time. Kindly suggest as to what to do .. should a change in career or place will help.

 

I am an interior Designer and am currently in Jaipur. Is there a better place I should try or a field which I should explore. I am good at commmunicating. I am not intersted in a job as such..Should I pursue my business efforts in Interior Designing?

My aim to get a stronger foothold in my enterpruenership effort but lack of proper work is keeping me dissapointed.

I tried my luck in Mumbai in 2013 but result was below the mark.

I request any good adviser to suggest me the apt answers for my queries
